HOME And Away star Pia Miller showcased her incredible figure on Instagram as she shared a laid-back bikini snap with her fans.
The Australian actress - who was born in Chile - posted a snap of herself sitting on a towel as she enjoyed a day out at the popular Wylie's Baths tidal pool near Coogee Beach in Sydney.
The 33-year-old beauty highlighted her enviable frame in a classic black bikini top which she teamed with denim hotpants and a simple gold bangle.
Pia - who is mother to sons Isiah 14, and Lennox, 10 - was fresh-faced in the snap which her locks were in natural beachy waves.
She captioned the image: "just a casual sit in the sun ☀️ #Sydney."
Speaking recently about how she maintains her amazing physique, she told Elle Australia: "Yoga and Pilates for sure. I have to admit: I often need to dust off the ol’ yoga mat but I do try to get there as much as I can (at least once a week).
"If I have an afternoon off before collecting the boys from school, I’ll squeeze it in but typically it’s on a weekend.
"I’ve come to peace with the fact that I’m not superwoman, and can’t say I get up and do sunrise yoga and meditation, drop the boys to school and dance my way to work all with a green smoothie in hand."
She continued: "I try to prioritise where possible but in the end, I’m a full-time working mum with two boys, so let’s just say that’s enough exercise in itself!"
The actress also ensures she eats well as she told the publication: We always have avocado in the house, anything with good fats, like nuts (macadamias and almonds specifically) are always a go-to snack for me in between scenes and on set too.

Pia added: "Not sure if you’ve noticed but I am also a coffee lover. It’s rare to find me without a coffee in hand in the mornings on set, especially with Macamilk, which is the best!"
The actress is best known for her role as policewoman Kat Chapman in popular soap Home And Away, but the star has amassed a large number of fan on social media with 654,000 followers in Instagram.
Pia often treats fans to pictures showing off her amazing figure and her natural beauty.
The star is often joined by her boyfriend of two years Tyson Mullane as well as her sons.
In October 2015, Pia split from her Australian footballer husband Brad Miller, father of her youngest son Lennox.
