if your order arrives damaged, please take as many photographs as you can to help with the claim from the courier. we are fully covered for transit damage and will not be able to reimburse you without this.

If your order does not arrive within 10 working days of being dispatch please let us know. There may be delays due to finding your address etc and we will contact the courier for advice.
If you goods are deemed lost, we will claim for a refund from couriers. This may take up to 21 days so please allow for this.

Please double check all spelling with personalised gifts. If we have made a mistake with your order we will replace free of charge. If the order was made and the mistake is with the buyer then let us know and we can try to help.

Please check your dispatch email for tracking details on your order. If it is showing as delivered please check neighbours, porches, garden etc. Courier may have left in safe place if you were out.
