This set fit all the way around our California King bed, with a little left over. Because we move every few years, I attached them with Command mini light hooks, instead of using the adhesive on the lights, so we can easily take them off to take our bed apart when moving and not have to worry about the lights. I love that they're dual voltage, so we can use them anywhere in the world. They do get a little warmer than the ones we have on our tvs, but not bad. Even with the sensor under our bed, the remote works well. It's so nice not having to turn the lamp on to find my phone charger at night, or when getting up to go to the bathroom. The dimmest setting provides plenty of light to see. If possible, I'd suggest removing the mattress to install from above, instead of laying under the bed to do it. If we had used the adhesive on the lights themselves, it probably would have been easier, but it also would've taken us 5 seconds to move the mattress out of the way, we just didn't think about it until we were done

I was blown away by the quality of this light strip. I've bought light strips in the past that have terrible remotes, only do a couple colors, make a lot of heat, or don't stick very well. This strip goes way above and beyond.

The remote is easy to use and looks subjectively really cool. There are a ton of preset colors and light effects, including fast and slow modes, but even cooler is that it allows you to create your own colors and own lighting effects. The distance on the remote is very good, so as long as the receiver isn't hidden, you could adjust the lights from across the room. The ability to dim is also a nice touch, since these lights can get pretty bright if you want them to.

I would 100% buy these again! Super bright and fun even better for parties. Great color selection and they are the perfect hight for door frames. Comes with spare battery and easy instructions. Sensor can be hard for the remote to detect depending where its placed. Adhesive works better when desired placement is cleaned. Super neat that you can control two sets of lights with one remote too.

I've had LED light strips before, but this is the first one with easy to read instructions, and not only a battery for the remote control, but a 2nd back-up battery as well. As you can see from the pictures I took, the colors are very vibrant. The set included everything to power up the lights, including the A/C adapter for U.S. electrical outlets. Nice setup, great for twitch streams or just accent lighting for your game room.
