I was a little worried about buying a restored phone and whether it would scratched up or have other issues, but I couldn’t say no to the price. I was relieved when it arrived, and aside from the packaging looking reused, the phone itself was in great condition and no problems since. In fact, I’ve been using it for 3 weeks so far and had forgotten I hadn’t bought it brand new until I started writing this.

As far as the phone itself, I’m coming from an iPhone 14 Pro Max and am getting used to Android / Samsung differences. But it’s really nicely made and so satisfying to open and close the screen.

I recommend getting one of the Samsung silicone cases to go with it. They’re nicely made and have saved my phone a couple of times.

Phone was described as very good condition and i would say its like new. Not a scratch on it and great battery. Unlocked as advertised and only a third what this phone costs brand new. Was nervous about buying a pre-owned device and i knew it was a bit of a gamble but the fact that i could return it to any walmart gave me piece of mind. Happy to say that this seller isnt a scammer and everything worked out great. Very thankful and already recommended them to a few friends.

Blown away by the condition of the phone. I will buy every phone from gazelle from now on. the phone arrived super fast and it looks like a brand new phone to me and functions like a brand new phone you won't regret buying a refurbished phone from gazelle they're refurbishing process is legit well I paid thousands for a phone when you can literally get the same exact phone for less than half of the retail price kudos to gazelle extremely satisfied customer

It's a nice looking phone but somehow I think the battery doesn't hold charge as it should,for a brand new phone,I think the battery should have been better and I'll wait and see,if I'm not too happy with the battery life,I'll return it cause I do love when my phone got a good battery and can last me for a good while.
