I'm posting this review, due to alot of complaints about problems with their dog arriving broken or not working. My dog was shipped to my local store. It arrived about a week after ordering it. I went ahead and assembled it, to make sure there wasn't any problems. I'm glad to say that everything was perfect. No broken parts and his eyes worked just fine. Very happy to give Skelly a dog to be by his side. I love these Halloween items that Home Depot sells. Keep it up!

Very happy with our Skelly dog. Our grandson loves the different eye displays, The product was really easy to assemble. Night 2 We did encounter an issue with the Eyes not lighting up, Even though they were set on the Timer feature, reread the reviews and also instructions realized that the timer feature on the product cannot be combined with a timer outlet It needs a constant source of power. If it is interrupted, the settings are lost ( Not only the selected timer, but also the eye style display ) quick easy fix. He has been now working great night after night.

For whatever reason the power jack/wall adapter doesn't work. It does work via 4 C batteries. It complements regular Skelly well. Especially with LED eyes.

Keep in mind the 7 ft measurement is from tip of tail to dog nose. It's about 4.5 or 5 ft high.

Other real complaint is the battery & control box points up toward the sky. There is a rubber seal around battery door but just seems like tempting fate. Also, I have to find a way to cap the power adapter since I'm not using it.

First one we ordered online and shipped to the house. The box arrived all messed up, and one of the legs broken. So I returned it and got a second one. This one wasn't broken. But it's just very cheap made. One of the legs doesn't really like up, they give you cheap screws that strip even using the Allen wrench provided. Just very frustrating that this thing is $200 and it's absolute junk. Will be returning the second one as well.
