Anacardium humile A.St. -Hil. belongs to the Anacardiaceae family which is commonly called as “cajuzinho do cerrado” or “cajuí” in Brazil. In traditional medicine, infusion of leaves and bark is utilized in the treatment of hypertension, ulcers, gastritis, vomiting, and diarrhea.
