Abstract

 位相差フィルムは、光入射面に平行な方向に沿って複数の単位領域に分割したときに、同一波長の光に対する位相差が隣接する単位領域と10nm以上異なる単位領域2が複数存在する。そして、位相差フィルムは、各単位領域における位相差r(n,λ)の波長依存性と、全ての単位領域を含む全体領域における合成位相差R(λ)の波長依存性とが異なることを利用するものである。これにより、材料の制約を受けることなく、容易に位相差の波長分散の制御が可能な光学素子を実現することができる。
