  • the cutter consists of a moving cutting tool (48), which is driven by a hydraulic cylinder with respect to a fixed cutting tool (49), and finally cuts the material (1).

These mechanisms are the advancement of the wires, the selection of the bending plane and the wire bending.
  • the 3-D bending mechanism can be of different construction.
  • the bending mechanisms (6) and (11) can be rotated about the axes of the wires (1) and (2) respectively, in order to obtain the changing of the bending plane.
  • the straightening mechanisms (4) and (9) can be of the two plane type or can be of the rotor type.
  • the present invention is characterised by the simultaneous straightening and bending of a large number of similar wires, on a large number of similar production lines, where similar products are produced.
  • the machine of the present invention exhibits the following advantages : When, for example, the machine operates with three feeding lines, it has the same production capacity with three independent machines, operating at the same speed. The machine is much cheaper, due to common motors, mechanisms and controller. The machine occupies less space.
  • the invention leads to the construction of a machine, which can maintain high production capacity, due to existence of more than one wire-feeding lines, even during operation at lower speeds.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et une machine de production simultanée et parallèle de produits similaires par dressage et cintrage de fils métalliques (1), tiges de fils métalliques, tubes ou autres produits de section transversale prismatique, machine caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu plus d'une ligne de production fonctionnant en parallèle, et en ce qu'elle comprend des mécanismes similaires pour le dressage (4, 9) et le cintrage (6, 11) du produit (1, 2), des mécanismes similaires (5, 10) pour le changement de plans de cintrage et pour la coupe (21, 22) des pièces finies. Tous les mécanismes de dressage (4, 9) sont commandés par un moteur commun, via un mécanisme d'entraînement commun ; tous les mécanismes de cintrage sont commandés par un moteur commun, via un mécanisme d'entraînement commun ; tous les mécanismes (5, 10) de changement des plans de cintrage sont également commandés par un moteur commun (14), via un mécanisme d'entraînement commun, et tous les moyens de coupe (21, 22) sont commandés par une source d'énergie commune. Le fonctionnement des moteurs et des mécanismes d'entraînement précités est contrôlé et programmé par une unité de commande commune.
