Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Freiformbiegen von Profilen, mit einer das Profil (42, 94) erfassenden Vorschubeinheit (6), einer der Vorschubeinheit (6) in deren Vorschubrichtung nachgeordneten und das Profil (42, 94) form- und/oder kraftschlüssig erfassenden Axialhülse (8, 56, 60, 68) und einer der Axialhülse (8, 56, 60, 68) in Vorschubrichtung nachgeordneten Biegehülse (36, 66, 84, 92), welche eine an die Außenkontur des Profils (42, 94) angepasste Durchgangsöffnung (12, 86) für das Profil (42, 94) aufweist, wobei die Biegehülse (36, 66, 84, 92) mittels Stellantrieben (28) in einer orthogonal zur Achse ihrer Durchgangsöffnung (12, 86) liegenden Ebene linear verstellbar und um eine senkrecht zur Achse der Durchgangsöffnung (12, 86) und zur Richtung der Linearverstellung (28) liegende Achse verschwenkbar ist, die Axialhülse (8, 56, 60, 68) mit einem Anrieb (26) ausgerüstet ist, mit dem ihr Abstand von der Biegehülse (36, 66, 84, 92) einstellbar ist, und die Vorschubeinheit (6) sowie die Axialhülse (8, 56, 60, 68) von Drehantrieben (22, 24) gleichsinnig und simultan relativ zur Biegehülse (36, 66, 84, 92) angetrieben sind, und wobei die Biegehülse (36, 66, 84, 92) mit mindestens zwei Biegerollen (40, 50, 52) versehen ist, wobei mindestens eine der Biegerollen (40, 50, 52) mittels Stellantrieben (46, 100) um ihre Achse drehbar ist. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zum Freiformbiegen von Profilen sowie eine vorteilhafte Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung.
