Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Rohren und Profilen mit über der Länge variabler Wanddicke,
mit den Schritten,
flexibles Walzen von endlosem Bandmaterial mit in Längsrichtung des Bandmaterials variabler, durchgehend gegenüber der Ausgangsdicke reduzierter Enddicke,
Umformen des Bandmaterials zu einem endlosen Rohr oder Profil,
Ablängen einzelner Rohr- oder Profilstücke vom endlosen Rohr oder Profil. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem flexiblen Walzen das endlose Bandmaterial mit einer ersten Wickelgeschwindigkeit auf einen Coil aufgewickelt wird und daß das endlose Bandmaterial von diesem Coil zum Umformen des Bandmaterials mit einer zweiten geringeren Wickelgeschwindigkeit abgewickelt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bandmaterial nach dem Umformen und vor dem Ablängen zum geschlossenen Rohr oder Profil längs verschweißt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzelnen Rohr- oder Profilstücke nach dem Ablängen zu über der Länge variablen Querschnitten umgeformt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umformung durch hydraulische Innendruckumformverfahren erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zunächst über der Länge gleichbleibend rundes Rohrstück so umgeformt wird, daß zumindest ein Längsabschnitt unrund, insbesondere einseitig abgeflacht ist. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Profilstück mit zunächst über der Länge gleichbleibendem Querschnitt so umgeformt wird, daß zumindest ein Längsabschnitt im Querschnitt davon abweicht. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim flexiblen Walzen eine Reduzierung der Ausgangsdicke von durchgehend mindestens 5 % stattfindet. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich aneinander anschließende Bandabschnitte um mindestens 20 %, insbesondere mehr als 25 % in der Enddicke unterscheiden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Übergänge zwischen den einzelnen Bandabschnitten ein Gradient aus Dickenänderung zu Bandlänge von höchstens 1:40 erzeugt wird.
