Claims (7)
- Machine pour le cambrage d'un tube en série et à cadence élevée comportant une tête de cambrage (1) comprenant une forme (3) et une contre-forme (4) qui comportent en périphérie une gorge (31, 41) de section semi-circulaire, ainsi que des moyens permettant d'entraíner ladite contre-forme (4) en rotation coaxialement à ladite forme (3) de manière à entraíner le tube à cambrer (2) et à l'enrouler sur ladite forme (3), caractérisée en ce que ladite forme (3) consiste en un disque présentant un pan coupé (30) disposé selon une corde dudit disque, et en ce qu'elle comporte des moyens permettant de déplacer ladite tête de cambrage (1) par rapport à l'axe du tube (2), selon une trajectoire (R) passant par les axes (34, 40) desdites forme (3) et contre-forme (4), ainsi que des moyens permettant de faire tourner axialement ladite forme (3), indépendamment du déplacement de ladite contre-forme (4).
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens permettant de déplacer la tête de cambrage (1) par rapport au tube (2), entraínent celle-ci selon une trajectoire rectiligne.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens permettant de déplacer ladite tête de cambrage (1) par rapport au tube (2) entraínent celle-ci selon une trajectoire courbe (R).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la contre-forme (4) consiste en un galet.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la contre-forme consiste en un bloc presseur.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les moyens permettant de déplacer la tête de cambrage (1) par rapport au tube (2), et les moyens permettant de faire tourner axialement la forme (3), consistent en des moteurs pas à pas commandés numériquement.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 3, 4 et 5, caractérisée en ce que la tête de cambrage (1) est portée par un bras mobile en pivotement, sur lequel elle est mobile en pivotement coaxialement à la forme (3), cette dernière étant montée mobile en pivotement axial sur ladite tête de cambrage (1) .
