Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Biegevorrichtung für dünnwandige Metallrohre. Die Biegevorrichtung besteht aus einer geraden Rohrführung (1) mit einem darin beim Biegevorgang axial fixierten Dorn, der aus einer am Außenbogen gekrümmten starren Dornspitze (4) und einem Dornschaft (5) besteht. Auf dem Dornschaft (5) und im Bereich des Innenbogens auf einer gekrümmten Stützfläche der Dornspitze (4) ist ein Federlamellenpaket (10) verschiebbar, derart, daß sich beim Biegen eine dem Innenbogen des zu biegenden Rohres entsprechende Stützfläche ergibt. Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Biegevorrichtung ist deshalb das Rohr im aktiven Biegebereich sowohl am Außenbogen als auch am Innenbogen über eine ausreichende axiale Länge innenseitig abgestützt.

In the bending device according to the invention, the tube is therefore supported on the inside over a sufficient axial length in the active bending area both on the outer bend and on the inner bend.
