Claims (15)
- Machine à cintrer ou à cambrer un profilé (1) du type tige barre, tube, fil ou analogue, comprenant un bâti (2) sur lequel sont montés des moyens de cintrage, et des moyens (3) de déplacement longitudinal du profilé (1) relativement audit bâti, les moyens de cintrage comprenantdeux galets de cintrage (6,7) montés sur un chariot porte-outils (10) et dotés de surfaces d'appui (8, 9) entre lesquelles passe et est serré, puis enroulé le profilé (1) à cintrer, etun bloc (15) support du chariot porte-outils (10) par rapport auquel ce dernier est monté pivotant autour d'un axe de rotation coaxial avec l'axe de l'un des galets de cintrage (6), ladite machine à cintrer étant caractérisé en ce que ledit bloc-support (15) est monté pivotant par rapport au bâti (2) de la machine autour d'un axe de rotation coaxial avec l'axe de l'autre galet de cintrage (7), et en ce que les moyens de cintrage comprennent:des moyens d'indexage (25) aptes à solidariser en rotation, soit le chariot porte-outils (10) au bloc-support (15), dans un état dit de cintrage à gauche, soit le bloc-support (15) au bâti (2), dans un état dit de cintrage à droite, etdes moyens d'entraínement en rotation (31 - 33) aptes à faire pivoter l'ensemble chariot porte-outils (10) / bloc- support (15) selon un premier sens de rotation, dans l'état de cintrage à gauche des moyens d'indexage (25), et à faire pivoter le chariot porte-outils (10) selon un sens de rotation inverse au premier sens de rotation, dans l'état de cintrage à droite des moyens d'indexage (25).
- Machine à cintrer selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que :le bloc-support (15) est percé de deux alésages traversants coaxiaux avec les axes des galets de cintrage (6, 7),le chariot porte-outils (10) est porté par un arbre de rotation (16) s'étendant dans un des alésages du bloc-support (15), et doté, vers son extrémité opposée audit chariot porte-outils, d'un pignon (18) d'entraínement en rotation,le bloc-support (15) est relié au bâti (2) par l'intermédiaire d'un arbre (21) s'étendant dans le deuxième alésage dudit bloc-support et monté dans des paliers (22, 23) solidaires dudit bâti, ledit arbre étant doté d'un pignon (24) d'entraínement en rotation,les moyens (31-33) d'entraínement en rotation respectifs de l'ensemble chariot porte-outils (10) / bloc-support (15) et du chariot porte-outils (10) sont adaptés pour entraíner en rotation les pignons (18, 24) des arbres (16, 21) précités.
- Machine à cintrer selon la revendication 2 caractérisée en ce que :les pignons (18, 24) des arbres de rotation (16, 21) sont agencés de façon à former un engrenage,les moyens d'entraínement en rotation (31-33) comprennent une roue dentée (31) agencée de façon à engréner avec le pignon (24) de l'arbre de rotation (21) du bloc-support (15).
- Machine à cintrer selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'indexage comprennent un doigt (25) logé dans un alésage ménagé dans le bloc-support (15), et des moyens de déplacement dudit doigt aptes à l'enclencher, soit avec le chariot porte-outils (10), soit avec une pièce (19) solidaire du bâti (2).
- Machine a cintrer selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend deux réglettes (34,35) disposées en amont des galets de cintrage (6,7) et dotées de surfaces d'appui (36, 37) entre lesquelles passe le profilé (1) à cintrer, lesdites réglettes étant associées à des moyens (43, 44) de déplacement longitudinal et adaptées pour remplir alternativement une fonction d'efface-plis ou une fonction de réglette, selon le sens de cintrage.
- Machine à cintrer selon la revendication 5 caractérisée en ce que les réglettes (34, 35) sont adaptées pour assurer un serrage du profilé (1), les moyens (43, 44) de déplacement longitudinal desdites réglettes étant adaptés pour imprimer un effort de poussée apte à assurer la mise en compression du profilé (1) lors de la translation de ce dernier résultant du pivotement des galets de cintrage (6, 7).
- Machine à cintrer selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6 caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens (45) de déplacement transversal des réglettes (34, 35) aptes à les déplacer transversalement relativement a l'axe longitudinal du profilé (1) entre une position rapprochée où lesdites réglettes assurent leur fonction d'efface-plis ou de réglette et une position écartée où lesdites réglettes sont éloignées d'une distance adaptée pour rester en support du profilé (1), ou pour autoriser le passage des moyens (3) de déplacement du profilé (1).
- Machine à cintrer selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7 caractérisée en ce que chaque réglette (34, 35) est dotée d'un tenon (39) logé dans une chape (38) à l'intérieur de laquelle sont disposés des moyens élastiques (41, 42) agencés pour solliciter ledit tenon de façon à autoriser des débattements de ladite réglette de part et d'autre d'un plan passant par l'axe de déplacement longitudinal du profilé (1).
- Machine à cintrer selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce que :les galets de cintrage (6,7) comportent au moins deux gorges superposées (8, 9), chacune adaptée pour déformer des profilés (1) de sections différentes et/ou de sections non circulaires, éventuellement sur des rayons différents,des moyens (53) de déplacement dits verticaux du bloc-support (15) sont adaptés, pour positionner ce dernier de façon que l'une ou l'autre des gorges (8, 9) des galets de cintrage (6, 7) soit disposée dans un plan coplanaire avec l'axe de déplacement des profilés (1).
- Machine à cintrer selon la revendication 9 caractérisée en ce que les moyens verticaux (53) de déplacement du bloc-support (15) sont adaptés pour positionner ce dernier dans une position supplémentaire, dite escamotée, où les galets de cintrage (6, 7) sont disposés de façon à autoriser la rotation desdits galets de cintrage relativement au profilé (1).
- Machine à cintrer selon l'une des revendications précédentes dont les moyens de déplacement longitudinal du profilé (1) comprennent une pince (3) apte a enserrer l'extrémité arrière dudit profilé, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend deux organes (47, 48) de guidage et de maintien du profilé (1), disposés de part et d'autre de l'axe de déplacement dudit profilé, en amont des galets de cintrage (6, 7), lesdits organes de guidage et de maintien étant associés à des moyens élastiques (52) aptes à permettre leur escamotage transversal au contact de la pince (3).
- Machine à cintrer selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce que le bloc-support (15) est monté pivotant par rapport aux ailes (19a, 19b) d'une pièce (19) en forme de chape formant avec ledit bloc-support une tête de cintrage (5), le bâti (2) de ladite machine à cintrer comportant des moyens de fixation amovible (28, 29) de ladite tête de cintrage.
- Machine à cintrer selon la revendication 12 caractérisée en ce que les moyens de fixation amovible de la tête de cintrage (5) comprennent deux manetons (29) associés à des moyens (28) de déplacement longitudinal desdits manetons relativement au bâti (2) de ladite machine, adaptés pour venir plaquer l'âme de la chape de ladite tête de cintrage contre ledit bâti, et des moyens rapides de connexion fluidique et électrique.
- Machine à cintrer selon les revendications 3 et 13 prises ensemble, caractérisée en ce que la chape (19) de la tête de cintrage (5) présente une ame d'épaisseur fonction de l'entraxe des pignons (18, 24) des arbres de rotation (16, 21), adaptée pour que le pignon (24) de l'arbre de rotation (21) du bloc-support (15) engrène avec la roue dentée (31) solidaire du bâti (2).
- Tête de cintrage adaptée pour être montée de façon amovible sur un bâti (2) de machine à cintrer comprenantdeux galets de cintrage (6, 7) montés sur un chariot porte-outils (10) et dotés de surfaces d'appui (8, 9) entre lesquelles passe, est serré, puis enroulé le profilé (1) à cintrer, etun bloc-support (15) du chariot porte-outils (10) par rapport auquel ce dernier est monté pivotant autour d'un axe de rotation coaxial avec l'axe de l'un des galets de cintrage (6), caractérisée en ce que: ledit bloc-support est monté pivotant autour d'un axe de rotation coaxial avec l'axe de l'autre galet de cintrage (7), à l'intérieur d'une pièce (19) en forme de chape apte à être solidarisée de façon amovible sur le bâti (2) de la machine, et en ce que la tête de cintrage comprenddes moyens d'indexage (25) aptes à solidariser en rotation, soit le chariot porte-outils (10) au bloc support (15), dans un état dit de cintrage à gauche, soit le bloc-support (15) à la pièce (19) en forme de chape, dans un état dit de cintrage à droite, etdes moyens d'entraínement en rotation (16, 18, 21, 24) aptes à faire pivoter l'ensemble chariot porte-outils (10) / bloc-support (15) selon un premier sens de rotation, dans l'état de cintrage à gauche des moyens d'indexage (25), et à faire pivoter le chariot porte-outils (10) selon un sens de rotation inverse au premier sens de rotation, dans l'état de cintrage à droite des moyens d'indexage (25).
