Von dort werden sie an die Biegeanlage übergeben und mit ihren Stabenden einerseits in der maschinenfesten Biegestation und andererseits in der verfahrbaren Biegemaschine positioniert. Eine Beschleunigung des Bearbeitungsverfahrens ist mit der aus DE-A-33 01 061 bekannten Biegeanlage erreichbar. Das bekannte Verfahren ist nicht frei von Nachteilen, wenn unterschiedlich lange Stahlstäbe im Wechsel bearbeitet werden müssen. So ist eine aufwendige Positionierungssteuerung der Zuführeinrichtung erforderlich, um die unterschiedlich langen Stahlstäbe so auszurichten, daß sie nach der Übernahme in die Biegeanlage von der zentralen Klemmeinrichtung jeweils mittig erfaßt werden. Der Fahrweg der Biegemaschinen beträgt in beiden Richtungen mehrere Meter, und seine Länge, die von den zu bearbeitenden Stahlstäben abhängt, ist für den Maschinenführer nur schwer abschätzbar. Es läßt sich in der Praxis nicht vermeiden, daß der Maschinenführer auf dem Fahrweg steht.   • 1) das zweite Stabende in einer Klemmvorrichtung der verfahrbaren Biegemaschine eingespannt wird,
  • 2) die Biegemaschine zum Zwecke der Positionierung des ersten Stabendes verfahren wird, während gleichzeitig das zweite Stabende in der Biegemaschine gebogen wird,
  • 3) die Klemmvorrichtung der Biegemaschine gelöst und das erste Stabende in einer Klemmvorrichtung der Biegestation eingespannt wird,
  • 4) die Biegemaschine in eine neue Bearbeitungsposition verfahren wird, während gleizeitig das erste Stabende in der Biegestation gebogen wird,
  • 5) die Klemmvorrichtung der Biegestation gelöst wird und die Verfahrensschritte 1) bis 4) wiederholt werden, bis der Stahlstab die gewünschte Form besitzt.

Die beschriebenen Verfahrensschritte werden solange wiederholt, bis der Stahlstab 9 die gewünschte Form als Bewehrungsbügel besitzt. Verfahren zum Biegen von Stahlstäben, insbesondere zum Biegen von Betonstahlstäben zu Bewehrungsbügeln, bei dem das erste Stabende (10) eines zu biegenden Stahlstabes (9) in eine maschinenfest angeordnete Biegestation (1) und das zweite Stabende (11) in eine in Stablängsrichtung verfahrbare Biegemaschine (2) eingeführt werden, wobei in der nachfolgend angegebenen zeitlichen Abfolge 1) das zweite Stabende (11) in einer Klemmvorrichtung (6) der verfahrbaren Biegemaschine (2) eingespannt wird, 2) die Biegemaschine (2) zum Zwecke der Positionierung des ersten Stabendes (10) verfahren wird, während gleichzeitig das zweite Stabende (11) in der Biegemaschine (2) gebogen wird, 3) die Klemmvorrichtung (6) der Biegemaschine (2) gelöst und das erste Stabende (10) in einer Klemmvorrichtung (6') der Biegestation (1) eingespannt wird, 4) die Biegemaschine (2) in eine neue Bearbeitungsposition verfahren wird, während gleichzeitig das erste Stabende (10) in der Biegestation (1) gebogen wird, 5) die Klemmvorrichtung (6') der Biegestation (1) gelöst wird und die Verfahrensschritte 1) bis 4) wiederholt werden, bis der Stahlstab (9) die gewünschte Form besitzt.
