Im Anschluß daran wird das Rohr 18 in Zuführrichtung 26 weitergeschoben, so daß der bereits gebogene Abschnitt 38 in die in Fig. 7 gestrichelt dargestellte Stellung gelangt. Jetzt wird der Federbolzen 34 in die der Drehachse 16 zugeordnete Lagerbüchse 14 im Bereich der unteren Koppel 10 durch Federdruck eingefahren, indem die rechte Kupplung 29 in der Drehachse 16 den Kolbenstangentauchbolzen aus dem Bereich der oberen Koppel 11 herauszieht. Die Kupplung 28 wird gleichzeitig in die der Drehachse 15 zugeordnete Lagerbüchse 14 eingefahren, so daß diese und damit die Biegerolle 12 relativ zum Maschinentisch 1 festgelegt ist. Der Federbolzen 34 wird dabei durch den Distanzbolzen 31 aus der Lagerbüchse 14 gedrückt. Der Rohr-Mitnehmer 20 wird wieder betätigt, so daß der Greifer 22 das Rohr von dem Berührungsbereich 27 der Biegerollen 12,13 festhält. Dann wird die Antriebsscheibe 2 mittels des Antriebsmotors 4 in Drehrichtung 39 für Linksbiegen, also entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn, um 180° verschwenkt. Hierbei nimmt der Kulissenstein 8 über den Federbolzen 34 den Werkzeugblock 9 mit, der um die diesmal stationäre Drehachse 15 verschwenkt wird. Es wird wiederum ein gebogener Abschnitt 40 von 180° hergestellt. Der vor Beginn dieses zweiten Biegevorganges in Fig. 7 gestrichelt gezeigte gebogene Abschnitt 38 befindet sich jetzt in einer um 180° hiergegen versetzten Position, die in Fig. 7 ausgezogen dargestellt ist. Das Rohr 18 ist bereits jetzt mit einer doppelten Rohrschlange versehen. Nach Lösen des Rohr-Mitnehmers 20 kann die Antriebsscheibe 2 wieder entgegen der Drehrichtung 39 um 180° in ihre Ausgangsstellung zurückgeschwenkt werden. Es kann sich jetzt der nächste Rechtsbiege-Vorgang anschließen, wie er bereits unter Bezugnahme auf die Fig. 5 und 6 beschrieben wurde. Mit der geschilderten Einrichtung können also beliebig viele abwechselnd gebogene Abschnitte 38,40 nacheinander gebogen werden.
