Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum Biegen von Rohren aus bestimmtem Werkstoff und mit bestimmter Quer­ schnittsgestalt um einen Sollwinkel αi und mit einem be­ stimmten Biegeradius (nachfolgend als Biegeaufgabe bezeich­ net), bei dem zunächst eine Überprüfung, ob für die Biege­ aufgabe bereits ein passender Biegewinkel γi und eine Kenn­ größe bekannt sind, welche ein Maß für die Rückfederung des Rohres bei der betreffenden Biegeaufgabe ist, erfolgt. Ist der passende Biegewinkel und die Kenngröße unbekannt, so wird das Rohr um einen Winkel α ′ / i gebogen; die Kenngröße, welche ein Maß für die Rückfederung des Rohres bei der be­ treffenden Biegeaufgabe ist, und ein evtl. Biegewinkel γi, der so gewählt ist, daß nach Biegen des Rohres um γi = αi + εi unter Berücksichtigung der Rückfederung eine Bie­ gung um den Sollwinkel αi verbleibt, bestimmt und gespei­ chert. Das Rohr wird auf den Biegewinkel γi weitergebogen. Ist bereits die gleiche Biegeaufgabe gelöst worden, so wird das Rohr bei weiteren gleichen Biegeaufgaben um den Biegewinkel γi gebogen. Beim Lösen dieser weiteren gleichen Biegeaufgaben wird die Kenngröße ermittelt und mit der be­ reits bekannten Kenngröße verglichen und evtl. ein neuer passender Biegewinkel bestimmt.
