Abstract
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zum Formen von Draht, nämlich eine Schenkelfederwinde- und -biegemaschine. The invention relates to an apparatus for forming of wire, namely a Schenkelfederwinde- and -biegemaschine.
Stand der Technik sind Vorrichtungen mit mehreren Werkzeugen zum Biegen von Draht, der geradlinig zugeführt wird, wobei die Biegewerkzeuge die Drahtbahn umgeben, und Federwickelmaschinen mit einem drehbaren Dorn zum Aufwickeln des Drahtes, wobei die Drahtenden der Feder mittels Biegewerkzeugen geformt werden. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist daher die Verminderung des Aufwands zur Herstellung der Vorrichtung und die Verallgemeinerung der mit denselben Werkzeugen durchführbaren Formgebungen. Durch Dreh- und Längspositionieren der Welle mittels ihres vom Wickeldorn her bekannten, anders gesteuerten Antriebes läßt sich jedes vorhandene Werkzeug in die Drahtbahn und damit zum Einsatz bringen.
