In Fig. 1 ist eine Anlage zum Bearbeiten von Stangenmaterial wie Bewehrungsstählen dargestellt, die u.a. ein Materiallager (12) mit Vorlagepodest (14), eine Bearbeitungsmaschine (16) mit Biegevorrichtung (18) sowie eine Ablage (20) umfassende Ablageroste (22) aufweist.In Fig. 1 a system for processing bar material such as reinforcing steel is shown, which among other things. has a material store (12) with a template platform (14), a processing machine (16) with a bending device (18) and a storage rack (22) comprising a tray (20).

In der Stellung B befindet sich die Stufe (38) oberhalb der Einlaufkufen (34), (36), die vor der Biegevorrichtung (18) angeordnet sind. Wird nun der Arm (24) in die Grundposition A zurückbewegt (Fig. 4), so wird das Material (40) auf die Oberkanten (44) der Einlaufkufen (34) und (36) abgelegt, um anschließend automatisch zu der Biegevorrichtung (18) in einen gegebenenfalls dort vorhandenen Arbeitskanal zu rutschen. Dies wird in der Fig. 4 durch den gestrichelten Pfeil (46) angedeutet. Nunmehr kann die Bearbeitung in der Maschine (16) mit der Biegevorrichtung (18) erfolgen. Gleichzeitig wird auf das Ende (42) neues stabförmiges Material (48) gelegt. Sobald die Bearbeitung abgeschlossen ist, wird der Arm (24) erneut in die Position B angehoben, wobei zum einen das Material (48) gegen die Stufe (38) rutscht und gleichzeitig das bearbeitete Material von dem von der Welle (28) ausgehenden Abschnitt (50) des Armes (24) bzw. (26) erfaßt und angehoben wird, um entlang der Oberfläche (52) des Abschnitts (50) in die Ablage (20) zu rutschen. Nunmehr wird der Arm (24), (26) in die Position A zurückbewegt, und der Ablauf gemäß Fig. 4 wiederholt sich von neuem.2, bar material is placed on the end (42) of the arms (26) and (24) which is remote from the shaft (28). Durch die erfindungsgemäße Lehre wird demzufolge mit konstruktiv einfachen Mitteln ein automatisches Be- und Entladen von zu bearbeitendem Stangenmaterial zu bzw. von einer Bearbeitungsmaschine ermöglicht, ohne daß das Be- und Entlanden von unabhängigen Einrichtungen bewerkstelligt wird. Da ferner die das Be- und Entladen ermöglichenden starr von der Welle (28) ausgehenden Arme (24) und (26) mit der Bearbeitungsmaschine (16) verbunden sind, kann diese problemlos verschoben werden, wobei eine synchrone Mitbewegung der Welle (28) und damit der Arme (24) und (26) erfolgt. Diese können jedoch auch relativ zu der Bearbeitungsmaschine (16) verschoben werden , um das Stangenmaterial (10) so zu erfassen, daß ein Durchbiegen unterbleibt. Dies ist dann besonders wichtig, wenn das Stangenmaterial gleichzeitig von mehreren Bearbeitungsmaschinen, die fluchtend zueinander ausgerichtet sind, bearbeitet werden soll. Die Verschiebbarkeit der Welle (28) mit den starr mit dieser verbundenen Armen (24) und (26) ergibt sich aus der Fig. 1 durch die durchgezogene bzw. gestrichelte Darstellung, die selbst mit Bezugszeichen nicht versehen ist.The teaching according to the invention consequently enables simple loading and unloading of rod material to be machined to and from a processing machine with structurally simple means without the loading and unloading being accomplished by independent devices. Claims (3)
- A device for bending bar-shaped materials as concrete steels, comprising at least one tool with a material stock arranged before it and a place of deposit for the tooled material arranged behind it,
