caractérisée en ce que la pièce métallique (5) présente deux ailes (5' 5") pliées autour d'une arête commune (7) perpendiculaire à la carte (1) pour faire entre elles un angle a déterminé et comporte trois pattes (16, 17, 18), dont l'une (18) est voisine de l'arête tandis que les deux autres (16, 17) sont éloignées de celle-ci, un trou fileté (8) apte à coopérer avec une vis de borne (10) étant disposé dans l'une des ailes (5'), de façon telle que son axe (XX') soit sensiblement parallèle au plan (PP') de la carte (1) et les pattes parallèles étant engagées dans des ouvertures métallisées (22, 23, 24) de la carte et soudées avec celles-ci.
