Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a cleaning device, in particular a sweeper, for example a carpet sweeper a device for collecting dust, dirt or the like from a surface to be cleaned, for example Kehrele elements, preferably in the form of brushes, and one Pick-up for the dirt picked up.
Such cleaning devices are used as carpet sweepers various configurations known. E.g. is on that to refer to German utility models 19 09 382. Derarti Carpet sweepers are already with one electric drive became known, for example on the German utility model 75 34 321 and 75 36 434 is referencing. Next is also in the prior art to refer to DE-OS 29 43 201. With such a carpet sweepers it is also known to the up collected dirt in a separate receptacle meln. This can be used to empty the intake as a whole be removed from the device. Furthermore are Vacuum cleaner devices are known, which is only an example is referred to DE-OS 39 11 580. Here the said dirt is collected in a dust bag melt, which can be removed after opening the vacuum cleaner and can be disposed of altogether.
There is a need for a cleaning device such as esp special to specify a carpet sweeper that one partly not as complex and large-scale as a vacuum cleaner ger is formed, but on the other hand if possible same hygienic advantages in terms of disposal of the collected dirt. The technical The problem is therefore given by a Reini training device of the type specified above and to design that with the simplest possible structure nevertheless an advantageous and particularly hygienic cal manageability is given.
This technical problem is first and foremost essentially solved in the subject of claim 1, it is intended that the cleaning device device for emptying the intake with a suction device device can be interconnected. The suction device can For example, be a common vacuum cleaner. This is a Cleaning device created, its inclusion as it were an interim storage facility for the collected dirt poses. The recording itself is preferably not obvious or removable from the device. The emptying can only by connecting a suction device, in particular the usual vacuum cleaner. Advantageously can use this cleaning device for a long period of time and multiple cleaning operations are used without it is necessary to connect the suction device. Becomes the suction device used anyway, can also at the same time the cleaning device is hereby emptied men. Even the dirt caused by the cleaning agent advises has been collected, is in the usual way the dust bag of a vacuum cleaner and can then all together with the dust bag in the usual way to be disposed of. A complex device for mounting own dust bag or the like standing cleaning device itself is not necessary. Here, the cleaning device can be motor-operated or just be hand operated. The engine operation can vorese especially for driving the cleaning brushes hen. In a further embodiment of the invention provided that the receiving chamber has a suction nozzle has, for connecting the suction device. The Saugstut zen is therefore directly coupled to the receiving chamber pelt. As long as the suction device is not connected is of no importance to the suction nozzle. In detail NEN, the receiving chamber can be designed such that following an inlet funnel, which in the case of Sweeping brushes in the tangential discharge direction of the sweep brushing is formed, a trough-like receiving groove is trained. This receiving channel extends more preferably transverse to a direction in which the Cleaning device for cleaning purposes usually is to be moved. It is also beneficial to the host ne essentially above the inlet funnel itself to be arranged to extend. Be through the inlet funnel the dirt particles thrown off by the brushes steered upwards and redirected so that they then into the Receiving gutter fall. In a cross section is the up compare chamber with a snail shell. The inlet funnel also expediently extends essentially over the length of the receiving channel and at the same time over the length of the sweeping brushes. The suction nozzle can advantageously in a floor of the receiving channel.
Hierbei zeigt:The invention is further based on the following attached drawing, which however is only an embodiment represents example, explained. Here shows:

6, geschnitten entlang der Linie V-V in Fig. 4; Fig. 7 is a cross section through the receptacle shown in Fig 5 and 6, taken along the line VV in Fig. 4.
Fig. 8 is a sectional view according to Fig. 5, geschnit th taken along the line VI-VI in Fig. 4.
Shown and described - initially with reference to FIG. 1 - a cleaning device 1 in the form of a carpet sweeping machine. The cleaning device here has brushes 2 , of which usually two individual brushes are arranged side by side on a central drive. Furthermore, an electric motor is provided, which is not shown in detail, for driving the sweeping brushes 2 .
The cleaning device 1 has a receptacle 3 , in which dirt particles, dust etc., which are swept up by means of the sweeping brushes 2 , are collected. In Fig. 1 dirt 5 is schematically shown in a receiving groove 4 of the receiving chamber 3 .
Furthermore, the receiving chamber 3 is formed with a suction nozzle 6 , which opens into a bottom of the receiving channel 4 . The bottom of the receiving channel 4 is thus partially interrupted in the area of the suction nozzle 6 . In the exemplary embodiment, the suction nozzle 6 can be formed centrally with respect to a transverse extension (extension in the direction of the longitudinal axes of the sweeping brushes 2 ) of the receiving chamber 3 , but it can also be configured, for example, on one or both sides to the front ends of the receiving chamber 3 and in approximately example contrast to exporting the bottom of the receiving groove 4 then at bilateral arrangement would be twice by in each case a suction stub 6 is interrupted. The suction nozzle can also be directly connected to one or both end faces. It is then not necessary to enforce the soil.
The receiving chamber 3 further has an inlet funnel 7 , which is net angeord in the direction of throw of the sweeping brushes 2 . The inlet funnel 7 is formed in its Mündungsbe rich 8 with an opening height that corresponds approximately to a radius of the carpet sweeping brushes 2 . It then tapers and is curved upwards to a height h at which an inner trough wall 9 forms the end of the receiving channel 4 . In game Ausführungsbei the suction nozzle 6 passes through the inlet funnel 7 approximately in the middle based on a longitudinal or transverse stretching of the inlet funnel 7 and the receptacle 3 overall. In this area, the penetrating suction nozzle 6 ends in the inlet funnel 7 , as it were, as a flow divider.
Die Auf nahmerinne 4 befindet sich etwa zugeordnet zu einer oberen Querschnittshälfte einer Bürste 2.Furthermore, it is of importance that the receiving channel 4 upper half of the inlet hopper 7, and an opening of the inlet hopper 7 back is arranged sunk. On gutter 4 is approximately assigned to an upper cross-sectional half of a brush 2 .
As can be seen from the cross-sectional view according to FIG. 1, but also from the cross-sectional views of FIGS. 5 and 6, the receiving funnel 7, together with the receiving channel 4 , is designed like a snail housing.
From the representations of FIGS. 1 and 2, it can also be seen that the suction nozzle 6 opens into a suction line 10 , which can be connected via a connecting piece 11 to a suction device, only shown schematically, namely in particular a vacuum cleaner 12 . The connecting piece 11 can be closed.
It is further preferably provided, but not shown in the drawing in detail, that the mouth opening 8 of the inlet funnel 7 can be closed by a venetian blind. This prevents collected dirt from falling out, for example if the device is manipulated.
The design of the receiving chamber 3 is further in single nen from FIGS. 3 to 6 can be seen.
As is especially lung from the Querschnittsdarstel Fig. 5 shows also the connection of the Saugkana les 6 is ne together with the associated part of the Aufnahmerin 4 and the upper screw channel formed like a substantially circular arc-shaped termination. 13 By means of locking means 14 , the receiving chamber 3 can be locked in the cleaning device 1 . In particular, it is preferred that the receiving chamber 3 is arranged in the cleaning device so that it cannot be released during operation.
