Es erfolgt zwar eine Individualisierung über die Kennwerte, doch ist das, was daraus folgt, der Entscheidung des Verkaufspersonals entzogen und in dem an allen Verkaufs stellen gleich vorhandenen, vorher ausgearbeitetem Schema festgelegt, so daß Fehleinschätzungen nicht vorkommen können. Auch Kennwerte, die nicht an der Kundin 25 im Einzelfall gemessen wer den, sondern im wesentlichen unveränderlich sind, kön nen über eine nach Art einer Scheckkarte mit Magnet streifen ausgebildete Kundenkarte 38 in einen Schlitz 37 der Steuervorrichtung 40 eingeführt und dort auto matisch abgelesen werden. Der Automatisierungsgrad der Einrichtung 300 ist also höher als der der Einrichtung 200.
