Abstract

The machine is used for printing price labels, for goods being sold at reduced prices in a sale. It is supplied with the labels in the form of a continuous strip which is wound up into a roll. Damit das Ther motransferband 22 in Längsrichtung nur in einen schwarzen Farbstreifen 24 und einen roten Farb streifen 26 unterteilt zu werden braucht, ist das zweite Feld 6 für die neue Preisangabe 16 benach bart zum unteren Querrand des Etikettes angeordnet, so daß auch der zugehörige rote Farbstreifen 26 ent lang des entsprechenden Seitenrandes des Thermo transferbandes 22 vorgesehen ist, wie Fig. 2 zeigt.
