本发明涉及一种茶粉,特别是一种组合茶粉。
茶粉加工过程中,将丧失大部分的色、香味,即茶粉成品中关于茶叶的色(绿色)、香(茶香味)残留较少,这样,无论是将茶粉作为食品添加剂,不是作为单独食品或饮料,都将失去其独特风味。
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足之处,而提供一种茶叶独特风味较浓郁的组合茶粉。
本发明的目的是通过以下途径来实现的。
组合茶粉,其组成要点在于,其基本上由主要成份茶粉以及添加剂叶绿素铜钠、茶用香精组成,叶绿素铜钠、茶用香精与茶粉物理混合。
以叶绿素铜钠和茶用香精分别对茶粉进行赋绿、赋香处理,从而使茶粉重新获得独特的色、香味。这种赋香、赋绿过程可以对茶粉成品进行,也可以在茶叶加工成茶粉前进行(在茶叶揉捻加工中加入叶绿素铜钠和茶用香精)。
本发明的目的还可以通过以下途径来实现。
叶绿素铜钠与茶粉的配比为0.004~0.008∶1(重量比),茶用香精与茶粉的配比为0.003~0.007∶1(重量比)。
叶绿素铜钠与茶粉的配比为0.006:1(重量比)。
茶用香精与茶粉的配比为0.005∶1(重量比)。
综上所述,本发明相比现有技术具有如下优点:具有茶叶所独特的色、香味,且色、香味浓郁,其色泽度和香味类型可以根据需要而选择,例如香味类型可以分为绿茶型、红茶型、乌龙茶型等。
下面我们结合实施例对本发明进行更详尽的描述。最佳实施例:
组合茶粉,由主要成份茶粉以及添加剂叶绿素铜钠、茶用香精组成。叶绿素铜钠与茶粉的配比为0.006∶1(重量比),茶用香精与茶粉的配比为0.005∶1(重量比)。叶绿素铜钠、茶用香精与茶粉物理混合,叶绿素铜钠和茶用香精外观呈干粉状,可以在茶叶加工成茶粉前添加,也可以与茶粉成品拌和,但此时,最好能控制茶粉中的水份小于4.5%,以有利于三者物理混合的均匀性。
本发明未述部分与现有技术相同。

Claims (4)

1.组合茶粉,其特征在于,其基本上由主要成份茶粉以及添加剂叶绿素铜钠、茶用香精组成,叶绿素铜钠、茶用香精与茶粉物理混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合茶粉,其特征在于,叶绿素铜钠与茶粉的配比为0.004~0.008∶1(重量比),茶用香精与茶粉的配比为0.003~0.007∶1(重量比)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合茶粉,其特征在于,叶绿素铜钠与茶粉的配比为0.006∶1(重量比)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合茶粉,其特征在于,茶用香精与茶粉的配比为0.005∶1(重量比)。
