在许多研究中已显示出PTT与收缩期(SYS)血压、舒张期(DIA)血压以及平均(MAP)血压相关联。PTT可用患者监护仪来测量,所述患者监护仪包括分开的模块来测定心电图(ECG)和SpO2两者。在PTT测量期间,多个电极通常附接至患者的胸部来测定依赖时间的ECG分量,所述ECG分量以称为“QRS波群”的尖锐尖峰为特征。QRS波群指示心脏内的心室的初始去极化,并且非正式地标记心跳和随后的压力脉搏的开始。在此以引用的方式整体并入本文的国际专利申请号PCT/US2010/048866描述一种身体佩戴式监护仪,其连续地测量来自患者的多个生命体征。身体佩戴式监护仪的特征为一系列传感器,所述传感器附接至患者来测量依赖时间的PPG波形、ECG波形、基于加速度计的运动(ACC)波形、示波(OSC)波形、呼吸速率(RR)波形以及阻抗呼吸描记(IP)波形。手腕佩戴式微处理器(CPU)连续地处理这些波形以确定患者的生命体征、运动度、体位以及活动水平。测量这些信号的传感器通常通过在受控局域网(CAN)协议上操作的串行接口或总线将数字化信息发送至手腕佩戴式收发器。CAN总线通常用于汽车工业中,所述CAN总线允许不同的电子系统在有少量丢失数据包的情况下有效且可靠地彼此通信,甚至是在电气噪声环境的存在下。这对于能走动的患者尤其有利,这些患者会生成具有大量的运动感应噪声的信号。
将理解,本发明在其应用中不限于构造的细节和以下描述中所阐述或在附图中示出的组件的布置。本发明能够进行除描述的那些之外的实施方案,并且能够以多种方式实践和实行。另外,将理解,本文中使用的用语和术语,以及抽象概念是出于描述目的,并且不应被视为限制。
这样,本领域技术人员将了解,可容易地将本公开所基于的概念用作用于实行本发明的若干目的的其它结构、方法和系统的设计基础。因此,重要的是,在这类等同构造不脱离本发明的精神和范围的限度内,权利要求书被认为是包括所述等同构造的。
发明内容
本发明的一个目标在于提供一种用于测定/监测佩戴者的生理特性的身体佩戴式数据处理系统。所述系统包括含有处理器模块的外罩,以及接纳外罩的分开的塑料盒。所述处理器模块以防水塑料样式密封在外罩内,所述外罩提供开口来接取电气互连,所述电气互连可操作地连接至处理器模块。在操作期间,外罩搭扣至分开的塑料基部(或“托架”)中。在外罩与基部的配合之后,形成用于接收数据电缆的终端的接口空腔或“端口”,所述数据电缆通向和/或来自一个或多个传感器,所述一个或多个传感器收集与所关心的生理特性相关的数据。所述端口也可提供至一个或多个周边装置的连接,所述一个或多个周边装置如血压袖带、无线通信硬件等。终端至所述端口的插入建立端口的对应的电气互连与电缆之间的电气通信,从而允许处理器模块与对应的传感器或周边装置之间的电气通信。在某些实施方案中,处理器、传感器与通过端口连接的任何周边设备之间的通信被配置为点对点网络,使得网络上的每一装置为享有同样特权的均等参与节点,所述享有同样特权的均等参与节点可同时充当网络上的其它节点的“客户端”和“服务器”两者。
本文所述的设计便于如处理器模块的清洁和消毒的活动,因为外罩不含用于医院中的常见流体(如水和血液)向内侧流动的开口。在清洁处理期间,可简单地自托架拆除外罩,然后清洁。另外,如以上所述的舌片的佩戴组件可提供在托架上,使得大多数佩戴组件位于廉价的一次性单元上,而相对更加昂贵的电子组件提供多次使用。最终,点对点架构允许每一节点与系统上可利用的其它节点进行通信,并且由此根据需要与其它节点同步。
在第一方面,本发明提供一种身体佩戴式生理数据处理系统,其包括:
外罩,其支撑电子电路,所述外罩提供用于所述电子电路的防水 外壳,所述电子电路包括:一个或多个处理器,其被配置来自所述外罩外部的一个或多个周边装置接收数据并且将数据输出至所述一个或多个周边装置,并且被配置来使用自一个或多个周边装置接收到的数据从而在导出佩戴者的至少一个生理特性的测量时提供信号,
显示器,其可操作地连接至所述处理器,以显示由所述处理器自所述周边装置中的一个或多个接收到的数据,或所述数据的处理后形式,
电源,其可操作地连接至所述处理器和所述显示器,以及
一个或多个电接触点,其邻近所述外罩中的一个或多个开口并且可操作地连接至所述处理器来提供一个或多个连接,通过所述一个或多个连接所述处理器自所述一个或多个周边装置接收数据,并且将数据输出至所述一个或多个周边装置;以及
(b)基部或“托架”,其被构造来可释放地接纳所述外罩,其中当所述外罩插入所述基部中时,在所述基部与所述外罩之间形成一个或多个接口空腔。
其中每一接口空腔被适配来通过连接至所述周边装置的数据电缆建立所述周边装置之一与所述处理器之间的可操作连接,通过所述数据电缆上的连接器至所述接口空腔中的插入使得所述连接器上的电接触点与所述外罩上的对应的电接触点互连。
基部与外罩可用正闩锁来配合,或可通过简单摩擦配合来配合,或通过它们的组合来配合。在摩擦配合的情况下,摩擦配合的强度优选地足以防止基部与外罩在地心引力下分离。在某些实施方案中,通过外罩与基部的配合形成的至少一个接口空腔包括闩锁机构,当连接器完全插入空腔中时,所述闩锁机构用来防止基部与外罩的分离。在优选实施方案中,这个闩锁机构包括在所述接口空腔的壁中的由所述基部提供的至少一个第一凹部,以及在所述接口空腔的壁中的由所述 外罩提供的至少一个第二凹部。第一凹部和第二凹部被构造来在连接器被插入时接纳所述连接器的一部分,所述连接器的作用类似于常规锁上的闩锁栓以便在物理上阻止所述基部与所述外罩的分离,直至所述连接器被移除为止。
在某些实施方案中,基部包括用于将数据处理系统可翻转地固定至佩戴者的可重新闭合的绑带或固位带。在这些实施方案中,可在基部中提供所述带可以穿过的开口。用于贴附所述带的其它选择包括如粘合剂、超声波焊接等的粘结材料。所述带可包括配合的钩和环贴片或如绑带、搭扣、带扣等类似系结元件,以在使用期间将系统紧固至佩戴者的身体。
优选地,基部被设计为一次性组件,其接纳优选地被设计供多次使用的电子设备外罩。如本文中所使用,关于基部的术语“一次性的”是指以下特征:在正常使用过程中可由系统的用户使基部自外罩上脱离,使得电子设备可容易地与基部分离并且不需要与基部一起被丢弃。这可用来将对佩戴和可清洗性问题最敏感的系统的装置组件安放在一次性单元上,而将更昂贵的电子组件保持在易于可清洁和可重复使用的单元上。
如上所述,外罩提供用于容纳于外罩内的电子电路的防水外壳。国际标准IEC60529中定义的防护等级(IP Code)系统划分防止固体物(包括像手和手指的身体部分)、灰尘、偶然接触以及水侵入电器外壳中的保护度。优选地,外罩满足IEC 60529-2004IPX7标准,所述标准规定当将外壳浸入水下深达1m处浸没长达30分钟时,有害量的水的进入应是不可能的。
连接器可由摩擦配合固持在端口中,或可利用锁定机构,如标准RJ-45模块化连接器的锁定机构,其包括回弹舌片,所述回弹舌片搭扣配合至外罩上的凹部中。连接器的移除是通过以足够的力简单地拉连接器,或通过在拉之前使回弹舌片自凹部脱离来实现。在优选实施 方案中,端口可包括舌片,所述舌片展示弹簧力且在终端的插入期间弯曲且在终端完全插入时回弹,以用于接纳电缆并将电缆固持在其适当定向处来建立数据通信。
在某些实施方案中,处理器被配置来导出佩戴者的至少一个生理特性的测量,所述至少一个生理特性选自由以下各项组成的组:心率、心脏的电活动、温度、SpO2、血压、心博量、心输出量、运动、活动、体位、脉搏率以及呼吸速率。如将要连接至系统的传感器的周边装置被适当地选择来用于所关心的生理特性。可插拔式连接至生理数据处理系统的周边装置可选自由以下各项组成的组:被适配来测量在与佩戴者的组织交互之后检测的至少一个光学信号的身体佩戴式光学探针、加速度计、被构造来使血压袖带膨胀的泵模块、ECG传感器、ICG传感器以及温度传感器。如所述,每一周边装置被适配来经由连接至周边装置的数据电缆通过所述数据电缆上的连接器至接口空腔中的插入来建立与处理器的可操作连接。这个数据电缆可往返于周边设备传导I/O信号,并且优选地还将电力自容纳于外罩内的电源提供给一个或多个周边设备。通过由身体佩戴式外罩为周边设备供电,可使周边设备更轻便、价格更低廉,并且更容易为一次性的。不必为每一周边设备如此供电;例如第一周边设备可由生理数据处理系统控制并供电,而第二周边设备可由生理数据处理系统控制但由其自身的机载电池供电。
如上所述,处理器、传感器与通过端口连接的任何其它周边设备之间的通信被配置为点对点网络,使得网络上的每一装置为享有同样特权的均等参与节点,所述享有同样特权的均等参与节点可同时充当网络上的其它节点的“客户端”和“服务器”两者。在优选实施方案中,节点通过在受控局域网(CAN)协议上操作的串行接口或总线来通信。CAN总线通常用于汽车工业中,其允许不同的电子系统在有少量丢失数据包的情况下有效且可靠地彼此通信,甚至是在电气噪声环境存在下。这对于能走动的患者尤其有利,这些患者可生成具有大量的运动感应噪声的信号。
在某些实施方案中,所述生理数据处理系统包括收发器,所述收发器用于与所述身体佩戴式生理数据处理系统外部的数据获取系统进行无线通信。在这些实施方案中,必要的通信硬件可提供在外罩内,或可为外部的,例如,提供为可插拔地插入由外罩和基部所形成的接口空腔之一中的“软件狗”,或可部分地提供在外罩内且部分在外部。通信硬件提供为外部可插拔组件可为最终用户提供在配置上的额外灵活性。
系统可使用一个或多个电子连接器,所述一个或多个电子连接器被适配来插入接口空腔中并且用作“钥匙”来解锁用户否则将不可用的处理系统内的菜单。所述钥匙连接器的实例包括“模式连接器”,其实现某些特殊模式,包括但不限于睡眠模式(停用系统,例如在运送期间)、制造商模式(允许制造商与系统交互以便校准、维修等)、演示模式(允许单元显示预定程序的演示)和生物医学模式(允许医院或其它护理场所接取通常为患者不可用的设置)。
有利地,系统也可以使用一个或多个非电子“虚拟”连接器,其被适配来插入并没有处于可操作使用中的接口空腔中。这些插头可用来保护接口空腔内的结构,并且在系统使用连接器来提供基部与外罩之间的闩锁的情况下,当电气活性的连接器没有被用户使用时,这些插头可充当闩锁。
许多额外特征可并入容纳于外罩内的电子设备中。作为非限制性实施例,显示器可提供用于数据录入至处理器的触摸屏界面;可提供被配置用于双向语音通信的麦克风和扬声器;可提供网络语音(VOIP)通信协议等。
由于在不同的装置类型之间使用共用连接器所致的医务工作者对医疗装置的误连接正日益被理解为患者伤害和器材损坏两者的来源。因此,在某些实施方案中,接口空腔包括“钥匙”结构,并且对应的连接器被适配来匹配钥匙结构以减少不相容的连接器插入接口 空腔中的风险。例如,基部可包括接口空腔的壁中的突起元件,所述突起元件由适当的连接器中的凹部匹配。缺少适当的凹部和接口尺寸的不相容的连接器将在物理上被防止插入。这个描述仅为举例来说,并且不限制可使用的锁和钥匙结构的类型。
在相关方面,本发明提供一种基部,其被构造来可释放地接纳外罩,所述外罩支撑处理器,其中当所述外罩插入所述基部中时,在所述基部与所述外罩之间形成一个或多个接口空腔,每一接口空腔包括在所述外罩上的一个或多个电接触点,所述一个或多个电接触点可操作地连接至所述处理器,并且每一接口空腔被适配来接纳电连接器,所述电连接器与所述接口空腔内的所述电接触点进行滑动接触,以建立周边装置与所述处理器之间的可操作连接,所述基部包括:

具体实施方式
图1和图2描绘供本发明的身体佩戴式数据处理系统中使用的基部100和可释放地附接至所述基部的外罩101的俯视图和仰视图。外罩提供容纳处理器(“系统处理器”)和关联电子设备(外罩和关联电子设备在本文中共同被称为“处理模块”)的防水塑料盒,并且其特征为在下侧上的开口,所述开口提供对电气互连的接取,所述电气互连以接口连接至电缆的终端处的连接器,所述电缆通向系统的各种传感 器和其它周边设备。除防水之外,这个设计还便于如清洁和消毒的活动,因为外罩不含用于医院中的常见流体(如水和血液)向内侧流动的开口。

在使用期间,外罩可翻转地搭扣至塑料基部中。在外罩与基部配合之后,形成用于接收数据电缆的终端连接器的接口空腔或“端口”,所述数据电缆通向和/或来自如传感器的一个或多个周边装置,所述传感器收集与所关心的生理特性相关的数据。终端连接器至所述端口的插入建立端口的对应的电气互连与电缆之间的电气通信,从而允许系统处理器与对应的传感器或周边装置之间的电气通信。当配合时,外罩与基部是可释放地附接;同样地,当连接器插入端口中时,连接器与端口也是可释放地附接。如本文中所使用,术语“可释放地附接”和“可释放地接纳”是指两个分离的模块在正常使用过程中可彼此啮合并彼此脱离。
图3和图4更详细地描绘基部100。定位在基部的第一末端处的开口302a、b和c,以及定位在基部的第二末端处的较大开口303被被构造来接纳适当地构建的终端连接器,以下更详细地描述所述终端连接器。基部为接纳连接器的每一接口空腔提供底壁和侧壁,而防水电子设备外罩在配合至基部时提供顶壁,所述顶壁包括电气互连,所述电气互连与终端连接器的导体有滑动接触。
舌片312(还在图4中以截面示出,402)配合至外罩中的沟槽中 来将基部的第一末端紧固于外罩中。基部的第二末端处的突起区域313和314提供用于外罩的摩擦配合;这个摩擦配合的紧密度可由这些突起区域的厚度和柔韧性来控制。优选地,摩擦配合足够紧密使得可翻转基部,其中外罩在适当位置且外罩并不自基部上脱离。
开口303(其在这个实施例中适应具有8个电气互连的终端连接器)能够接纳比开口302a、b和c(其各自适应具有4个电气互连的终端连接器)更大的终端连接器。开口303在其侧壁中包括凹部304和305(还在图4中以截面示出,404和405)。这些凹部被构造来在终端连接器插入接口空腔中时接纳终端连接器的边缘处的伸出部(图6,603和605)。由于舌片的材料组成(形成舌片的材料的厚度和刚性)而展示弹簧力的舌片311在终端连接器的插入期间弯曲,并且在终端连接器完全插入接口空腔中时回弹。
这个舌片的突起部分(在图4中以截面示出,401)插入终端连接器的底表面中的凹入部(图6,602)中,从而形成止动物以在终端连接器处于其适当位置中时提供终端连接器的正定位。在这个位置中,终端连接器的电导体与外罩上的对应的电气互连有滑动接触,并且终端连接器的远端(图6,606)插入外罩中的凹部(图8,801)中。这样插入后,外罩在一端由舌片312紧固,而在另一端终端连接器600由于其远端606至凹部801中的插入和伸出部603和605至侧壁凹部304和305中的插入而形成“锁定插销”锁。这个“闩锁”防止外罩自基部移除,直到终端连接器600被移除为止。一旦终端连接器被移除,基部与外罩便可通过简单地自基部提升外罩来分离。
像开口303一样,开口302a、b和c中的每一个也含有舌片,所述舌片在终端连接器的插入期间弯曲,并且在终端连接器完全插入接口空腔中时回弹。这个舌片的突起部分(在图4中以截面示出,401)插入终端连接器的底表面中的凹入部(图5,504)中,从而形成止动物以在终端连接器处于其适当位置中时提供终端连接器的正定位。在这个位置中,终端连接器的电导体与外罩上的对应的电气互连有滑动接 触。然而,这些连接器不参与到“闩锁”机构中。
每一接口空腔中的突起柱306、307、308和309提供锁结机构来防止不相容的终端连接器的不慎插入。每一终端连接器具有对应的凹槽(图5,503;图6,604),所述对应的凹槽被适配来接纳突起柱。缺少这个凹槽的类似尺寸的连接器将被防止插入。这个锁结机构与特定护理设置中所使用的其它电气电缆连接器相比最好为独特的,以限制不正确的电缆连接器不慎插入的机会。
为了将基部贴附至佩戴者,提供带可以穿过的凹槽(图3,310;图4,403)。这个带子可根据基部将要贴附至的身体位置来确定大小。优选部位为佩戴者的手腕。
图5A和图5B示出数据电缆连接器500的上半部分和下半部分,所述数据电缆连接器被构造来在没有关联电缆硬件的情况下插入开口302a、b和c之一中。开口501允许电缆引线进入连接器中,并且弹簧张力“滑动”或“擦除”电接触点(类似于标准模块化RJ-45电缆的那些电接触点)定位在开口502中。连接器便利地制作为2片组件以便于电缆附接。如上所述,凹槽503和止动凹部504用来将连接器定位在其适当的定向中并且定位在相容的接口凹部中。
图6示出完整数据电缆连接器600的底表面,所述完整数据电缆连接器被构造来配合较大的开口303。自周边设备(未示出)延伸的电缆601在其相对于远端606的近端进入连接器,远端606形成以上所述的闩锁机构的一部分。弹簧张力“滑动”或“擦除”电接触点定位在连接器的顶表面上(未示出)。在一些情况下,可能希望将外罩与基部闩锁在一起,而不使用数据电缆。在这种情况下,可提供缺少电缆601和关联布线和电接触点的“虚拟”连接器。这个虚拟连接器将包括凹槽604、止动凹部602、远端606以及伸出部605和603来支持插入开口303中。如在连接器600的情况下,虚拟连接器将提供闩锁,所述闩锁防止外罩自基部移除,直至虚拟连接器被移除为止。
图7和图8示出外罩的底部分的下侧。当配合至基部时,接触垫701a和b以及702覆盖基部中的开口302a、b和c,由此形成电气互连,所述电气互连以接口连接至电缆末端处的终端连接器。如上所述,开口302a、b和c被确定大小来适应具有四个电接触点的连接器,并且接触垫701a和b含有对应数目的电气互连。相比之下,接触垫702含有8个电气互连。中央的四个互连以接口连接至插入开口302b中的电缆的终端,并且当外罩配合至基部时,其它四个电连接器是不可用的。然而,当外罩与基部分离时,这额外的四个接触点可提供对外罩内的电子设备的额外电气接取。这额外的四个接触点可用于例如电池充电,并且出于这个目的可提供被适配来接纳外罩的分开的电池充电站。
类似地,接触垫802覆盖基部中的开口303,由此形成电气互连,所述电气互连以接口连接至较大电缆的终端连接器。如所论述,开口303被确定大小来适应具有八个电接触点的连接器,并且接触垫802含有对应数目的电气互连。图9描绘连接器902至接口空腔中的可释放插入,所述接口空腔是在外罩配合至基部时形成于开口303与接触垫802之间的。插入连接器902直至止动凹入部904搭扣至舌片903上的脊部中为止。此刻,连接器的远端插入凹部801中,从而形成闩锁,所述闩锁将外罩保持在基部中,直至连接器被移除为止。
将要提供于外罩内的适合的电子设备详细描述于以下专利申请和公布中:国际专利申请号PCT/US2010/048866、国际公布WO2010/135518、美国公布US20090018453A1以及美国公布US20100168589A1,上述各专利申请和公布中的每一个在此以引用的方式整体并入本文中。电子设备优选地支持通过CAN协议进行的串行通信。这允许系统处理器容易地解释自各种传感器到达的信号,并且意味着接口空腔不需要与特定电缆相关联;任何电缆都可插头插入任何相容的端口中。此外,因为CAN协议支持周边设备的点对点连接,所以这些周边设备可直接彼此通信,例如出于同步化的目的。由附接的周边设备生成的数字信息可包括报文头部,所述报文头部指示 信号的身份或起源,以便系统处理器可相应地处理这些信号。
多种周边装置可与处理模块通信。例如,电缆可将I/O信号传送至以下装置或自以下装置传送I/O信号:ECG电路和电极;加速度计;用于测定血压值的基于袖带的系统;血糖仪;输液泵、身体佩戴式胰岛素泵;呼吸器;潮气末CO2监测系统;脉搏血氧定量计或其它光学生理探针;以及体温计。这个清单并非意味着要限制。使用这些输入中的一个或多个,处理系统可测定与佩戴者相关联的一个或多个生理特性,如心率、心脏的电活动、温度、SpO2、血压、心博量、心输出量、药物剂量、患者体重、血糖水平、潮气末CO2、运动、活动、体位、脉搏率以及呼吸速率。
处理模块可包括扬声器和/或麦克风,所述扬声器和/或麦克风允许医学专业人员使用如网络语音(VOIP)的适当协议与患者通信。例如,医学专业人员可自中央护理站询问患者;外罩内携带的电子设备的功能可非常类似常规蜂窝电话或‘对讲机’:处理模块可用于与医学专业人员进行语音通信,并且可另外转播描述患者的生命体征和运动的信息。处理模块可经由软件予以配置,以支持语音到文本的注解。通过这意味着外部生成的语音可转换为用于显示在处理模块上的文本,和/或在处理模块处生成的语音可转换为外部计算机处的文本。
系统处理器优选地可操作地连接至位于外罩的顶部的数据输入装置如小键盘或触摸屏,以允许佩戴者或医务人员与系统交互。开口可提供在外罩的顶部中用于扬声器和/或麦克风,如图9中所描绘,905和906;为了维持耐水性(例如,在IPX-7标准下),这些开口可使用如薄膜(W.L.Gore&Associates公司)的防水但可透气的材料自底部予以密封。
外罩内的电子设备优选地包括电池或其它电源。众多电池技术是本领域中已知的,包括普通碱性电池、氢氧电池、锂电池等。存在可使用的三种优选电池技术:镍镉(NiCad)、镍氢(NiMH)和锂离子 (Li-ion),并且最优选的为Li-ion电池。
电池可以“热调换”配置来提供,以便在电池变化之后保存电子设备的数据、无线连接等。例如,在热调换之前,可将操作固件程序的电池供电的软件狗插头插入接口空腔之一中。在插头插入之后,软件狗将根据CAN协议格式化的数据包发送至系统处理器,指示系统处理器的电池即将由满量充电的电池替换。系统处理器接收数据包,并且作为响应将装置最初通电时通常不存在的信息存储在非易失性存储器中。或者,这个信息可被暂时传输,以存储至外部网络上的数据缓冲器上,或存储在与软件狗相关联的非易失性存储器上。一旦这个完成,系统处理器便可以发信号:可替换电池。现在可以充电电池替换位于外罩的底侧上的耗尽电池。在这个操作完成之后,系统处理器可恢复至电池调换之前的其配置。
“热调换”配置可能不适用于外罩的IPX-7标准防水。因此,替代地,可调换处理器模块本身,而不是模块内的电池。在这种情况下,当前在使用中的第一处理器模块应将其关于佩戴者的数据的存储传输至第二替换处理器模块。有利地,“碰撞(bumping)”动作可用来传输这个数据。为了启动传输,个人存取第一处理器模块和第二处理器模块上的特殊“数据传输”模式。然后,使用横向“碰撞”动作使第一处理器模块和第二处理器模块彼此接触。每一处理器模块内的传感器(加速度计)感测碰撞,并且匹配算法配对检测到相同碰撞(就时间和力而言)的处理器模块。当且仅当在两个处理器模块上确认碰撞,才将互换数据。在数据互换之后,第二处理器模块替换佩戴者的手腕佩戴基部上的第一处理器模块,并且清洁且再充电第一处理器模块以供稍后使用。匹配算法可在处理模块自身上本地运行,或可在单独的网络上外部运行。在外部运行的情况下,处理器模块将碰撞特征传达给外部网络供处理。
优选地,系统的电子设备支持数据自系统至外部监护仪或网络的无线传输。对于相对较短的距离,RF通信、蓝牙(Bluetooth)、低功耗 蓝牙(Bluetooth LE)、ANT+、HomeRF、IEEE 802.11x(例如,IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n)以及IEEE 802.15.4为可使用的众所周知的示例性标准通信协议。对于稍微较长范围的数据传输,可使用如CDMA、TDMA、GSM、WAP、3G(例如,3GPP、W-CDMA、TD-SCDMA、HSPA+、EVDO rev B和CDMA2000)以及4G(例如,LTE advanced、IEEE 802.16m)的蜂窝电话协议。这些清单并非意味着要限制。支持无线通信的电子设备可包含于外罩内,或可通过接口空腔之一以可插拔方式连接。此外,周边设备也可以无线方式而不是通过连接至接口空腔的数据电缆与系统处理器通信。

Claims (22)

1.一种身体佩戴式生理数据处理系统,其包括:
(a)外罩,其支撑电子电路,所述外罩提供用于所述电子电路的防水外壳,所述防水外壳满足IEC 60529-2004IPX7标准,所述电子电路包括:
处理器,其被配置来自所述外罩外部的一个或多个周边装置接收数据并且将数据输出至所述一个或多个周边装置,并且被配置来使用自一个或多个周边装置接收到的数据,从而在导出佩戴者的至少一个生理特性的测量时提供信号,
显示器,其可操作地连接至所述处理器,来显示由所述处理器自所述周边装置中的一个或多个接收到的数据,或所述数据的处理后形式,
电源,其可操作地连接至所述处理器和所述显示器,
一个或多个电接触点,其邻近所述外罩中的一个或多个开口并且可操作地连接至所述处理器来提供一个或多个连接,所述处理器通过所述一个或多个连接自所述一个或多个周边装置接收数据,并且将数据输出至所述一个或多个周边装置;
(b)基部,其被构造来可释放地接纳所述外罩,其中当所述外罩插入所述基部中时,在所述基部与所述外罩之间形成一个或多个接口空腔,
其中每一接口空腔被适配来可释放地接纳连接至周边装置的数据电缆上的连接器,从而通过所述数据电缆建立所述周边装置与所述处理器之间的可操作连接,其中所述数据电缆上的所述连接器至所述接口空腔中的插入将所述连接器上的电接触点与所述外罩上的对应的电接触点互连,
并且其中至少一个接口空腔包括闩锁机构,所述闩锁机构包括在所述至少一个接口空腔的壁中的由所述基部提供的至少一个第一凹部,和在所述接口空腔的壁中的由所述外罩提供的至少一个第二凹部,所述第一凹部和所述第二凹部被构造来在所述连接器插入时接纳所述连接器的一部分,所述连接器的所述插入从而防止所述基部与所述外罩的分离,直至所述连接器被移除为止;
(c)可重新闭合的固位带,其用于将所述生理数据处理系统可翻转地固定至所述佩戴者。
2.根据权利要求1所述的身体佩戴式生理数据处理系统,其中所述系统进一步包括一个或多个周边装置,所述一个或多个周边装置独立地选自由以下各项组成的组:被适配来测量在与佩戴者的组织交互之后检测的至少一个光学信号的身体佩戴式光学探针、加速度计、ECG传感器、ICG传感器以及温度传感器,其中每一周边装置被适配来通过数据电缆建立与所述处理器的可操作连接,所述数据电缆通过所述数据电缆上的连接器至所述接口空腔中的插入而连接至所述周边装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的身体佩戴式生理数据处理系统,其中所述至少一个生理特性选自由以下各项组成的组:心率、心脏的电活动、温度、SpO2、血压、心博量、心输出量、运动、活动、体位、脉搏率以及呼吸速率。
4.根据权利要求2所述的身体佩戴式生理数据处理系统,其中所述至少一个生理特性选自由以下各项组成的组:心率、心脏的电活动、温度、SpO2、血压、心博量、心输出量、运动、活动、体位、脉搏率以及呼吸速率。
5.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的身体佩戴式生理数据处理系统,其进一步包括收发器,所述收发器用于与所述身体佩戴式生理数据处理系统外部的数据获取系统进行无线通信。
6.根据权利要求5所述的身体佩戴式生理数据处理系统,其中所述收发器包括通信电路,所述通信电路被适配来通过插入所述接口空腔中来建立与所述处理器的可操作连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的身体佩戴式生理数据处理系统,其中所述至少一个接口空腔进一步包括在所述基部的表面上的舌片,所述舌片被构造来在所述连接器插入时插入所述连接器上的凹部中并且从而将所述连接器定位至所述第二凹部中。
8.根据权利要求1所述的身体佩戴式生理数据处理系统,其进一步包括插头,所述插头被适配来插入并没有处于可操作使用中的接口空腔中,其中所述插头不是电活性的。
9.根据权利要求8所述的身体佩戴式生理数据处理系统,其中所述插头被适配来插入所述至少一个接口空腔中,所述插头的所述插入防止所述基部与所述外罩的分离,直至所述插头被移除为止。
10.根据权利要求1所述的身体佩戴式生理数据处理系统,其中所述基部包括在其第一末端处的舌片,所述第一末端在所述基部配合至所述外罩时插入所述外罩中的对应的开口中,并且其中所述基部与所述外罩的配合形成接口空腔,所述接口空腔包括在包括所述舌片的所述末端远侧的闩锁机构。
11.根据权利要求1所述的身体佩戴式生理数据处理系统,其中所述显示器提供用于数据录入至所述处理器的触摸屏界面。
12.根据权利要求5所述的身体佩戴式生理数据处理系统,其中所述电子电路包括麦克风和扬声器,所述麦克风和扬声器被配置用于双向语音通信。
13.根据权利要求12所述的身体佩戴式生理数据处理系统,其中所述麦克风和扬声器可操作地连接至所述处理器来用于网络语音(VOIP)通信。
14.根据权利要求1所述的身体佩戴式生理数据处理系统,其中所述基部和所述固位带被构造为一次性单元。
15.根据权利要求1所述的身体佩戴式生理数据处理系统,其中所述基部包括钥匙结构,所述钥匙结构被构造来防止不相容的连接器插入接口空腔中。
16.根据权利要求1所述的身体佩戴式生理数据处理系统,其中所述基部与所述外罩在配合时通过摩擦配合彼此啮合,所述摩擦配合具有足以防止所述基部与所述外罩由于地心引力而分离的强度。
17.根据权利要求1所述的身体佩戴式生理数据处理系统,其中所述基部被构造为一次性单元。
18.一种基部,其被构造来可释放地接纳外罩,所述外罩支撑处理器,其中当所述外罩插入所述基部中时,在所述基部与所述外罩之间形成一个或多个接口空腔,每一接口空腔包括在所述外罩上的一个或多个电接触点,所述一个或多个电接触点可操作地连接至所述处理器,并且每一接口空腔被适配来接纳电连接器,所述电连接器与所述接口空腔内的所述电接触点进行滑动接触,以建立周边装置与所述处理器之间的可操作连接,所述基部包括:
在所述基部的第一末端处的闩锁机构,其包括在所述基部的一部分中的形成第一接口空腔的一部分的至少一个凹部,所述至少一个凹部被构造来在所述电连接器插入时接纳所述电连接器的一部分;
在所述基部的一部分上的形成所述第一接口空腔的一部分的舌片,其被构造来在所述电连接器插入时插入所述电连接器上的凹部中并且从而将所述连接器定位至在所述外罩的一部分上的形成所述第一接口空腔的一部分的凹部中;
在所述基部的第二末端处的舌片,其被构造来在所述外罩配合至所述基部时插入所述外罩中的对应的开口中;
其中所述电连接器至所述第一接口空腔中的插入使得将所述连接器定位至所述外罩上的一部分上的形成所述第一接口空腔的一部分的所述凹部中,从而防止所述基部与所述外罩的分离,直至所述连接器被移除为止。
19.根据权利要求18所述的基部,其中所述基部包括用于附接可重新闭合的固位带的开口。
20.根据权利要求18所述的基部,其中所述基部被构造为一次性单元。
21.根据权利要求18所述的基部,其中所述基部包括钥匙结构,所述钥匙结构被构造来防止不相容的连接器插入接口空腔中。
22.根据权利要求18所述的基部,其中所述基部包括一个或多个突出物,所述一个或多个突出物被构造来在所述外罩配合至所述基部时接触所述外罩,其中所述一个或多个突出物建立摩擦配合,所述摩擦配合具有足以防止所述基部与所述外罩由于地心引力而分离的强度。
