Oct 13, 2021 10:31 PM UTC We're aware of a problem with Google Workspace Support affecting a majority of users. We will provide an update by Oct 13, 2021, 11:30 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change.

Customers will be unable to reply to support emails. There might be delays in the response time.

Customers can use chat as a workaround in the meantime. Premium Support and Assured Workflows should use the support portal.
