A message on former Fremantle player Shane Yarran's Facebook account has alleged the Dockers have a drug problem and star player Nat Fyfe is hated, according to reports.

A picture of the two messages was doing the rounds via social on media on Friday, with Perth radio host Adam McGrath tweeting confirmation that the posts came from Yarran's Facebook.

The explicit words appear to allege that there is a drug issue at the Fremantle Football Club and also that 2015 Brownlow Medallist Nat Fyfe is disliked by his Docker teammates.

Yarran retired from AFL football on Monday, with two pending assault charges to be heard in court on February 17 next year.

The 27-year-old played six games for the Dockers after being drafted in the fourth round of the 2015 National Draft.

Sporting News can only confirm from reports that the words were written from Yarran's Facebook account, not the name of the author.
