'Back at square one!' Biggest Loser fitness guru Bob Harper resumes exercising with slow walk on a hospital treadmill after heart attack
He was incredibly fit before suffering a serious heart attack in mid-February.
On Thursday, Biggest Loser host Bob Harper posted an Instagram video of himself being monitored as he walked on a treadmill at a New York hospital as he continued his recovery.
The 51-year-old pulled funny faces at the camera while he took the stress test with Alicia Keys' Girl On Fire playing in the background.

The TV celebrity, who also spent years as a personal trainer, captioned the video: 'I'm walking on a treadmill doing a stress test. Talk about starting back at SQUARE ONE.
'I plan on being the BEST STUDENT,' Bob continued, adding the hashtag #heartattacksurvivor

Since leaving the hospital, he has been spending most of his time with his dog, Karl, and relaxing.
Bob recently tweeted a photo hugging two of his pals, captioned: 'Some of the best medicine right now for me is spending time with special friends.'
He has also changed his diet on doctors' orders, switching to Mediterranean food.
On Wednesday, he shared an Instagram of fish and brussel sprouts with bread, olive oil and red wine at Eataly, a popular restaurant in New York.
Bob was working out at a gym in the city when he collapsed, according to TMZ.
A doctor who was also working out administered CPR and used paddles to keep Bob alive. He was taken to the hospital where he woke up two days later.
Bob remained in hospital for eight days and is still in New York because his doctors have not cleared him to fly home to Los Angeles.
The fitness expert says heart problems run in his family and his mother died of a heart attack.
