PayPal trap
This website allows you to use PayPal ONLY. When you arrive at the page just before payment, you see PayPal charges you more than 10 pounds! Wow, I didn't know that when I was forced to sign up the PayPal! Or I wouldn't! I used PayPal before, it was awful. I never ever want to use it again! Then I tried to pay, and transaction failed. I tried again, it time out. Then again, and still time out. I deleted my PayPal account pronto (but of course they are going to store and sell my data for the next 5-10 years). Will not ever use this website again.

Please stay clear of this company

Please stay clear of this company. I ordered a mobile phone on the 23 January 2018. They debited my account and then asked for proof of address . I only had my bank statement, so I refused and cancelled the order and requested a refund. I was told this would take 25 working days. I've never heard of anything more ridiculous. 25 working days passed and no money. Rang them and got a load of rubbish excuses. ..like talking to a robot. I raised a direct debit dispute with my bank and was given a refund within 48 hours. The funniest thing is though One Digital then sent me an email saying they had processed my refund? Hilarious. IF YOU CAN'T GET YOUR REFUND FROM THEM AND YOU PAID BY VISA DEBIT CARD? RING YOUR BANK AND THEY WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK . KEEP AWAY FROM THIS ROBBING COMPANY.

Good experiences... and bad

I completely understand why everyone has given onedigitals only 1 star (and would give less if it were possible). I have bought from this company/website a few times. Until my most recent order they have always delivered, albeit considerably longer than expected. The upside has always been huge saving on prices here in the UK. My last order before my most recent (2 Olympus M.Zuiko Pro lenses) took a very long time, and their support seemed to be giving me the run-around. However they finally arrived so all as forgiven. My most recent order I paid extra for express shipping, figuring it might speed things up a bit, but after 3 weeks with no change to my order status ("pending"), I cancelled it and asked for refund. I was told that the refund will take 25 business days, which basically means 5 weeks. I said it was unacceptable but I was talking to a brick wall, so I contacted my credit card provider and got the refund directly from them. I have since thought about ordering another lens from them, but every attempt to contact them to talk about it has proved futile.

I know from experience that onedigitals CAN (and HAVE) supply ordered items, but I can't say for sure that this happens every time or that they are a trustworthy retailer. Try them if you dare, but I strongly advise lot of patience.

Usually, all shipments are delivered within 3-7 days. Once it leaves our warehouse delivery takes 6-8 days. Unfortunately, in your case, certain situations just came up suddenly and we failed to dispatch the items within the planned time frame.

Bought a watch in January

Bought a watch in January, nothing arrived, finally managed to speak to someone on IM and had order cancelled and promised refund but still nothing received. Avoid this company at all costs. Now raising with credit card company and trading standards. These people are thieves, plain and simple.

LIARS and THIEVES - DO NOT USE

Didn't send the order. Many many lying emails insisting they are dealing with the refund.

Months have gone by and shortly after another change of story about systems upgrades needing 25 days! to process the refund I gt an email saying my ticket has been inactive and is being closed.

Now they don't even bother to send more lies, they just ignore me completely.

I don't know how they are allowed to keep taking peoples money; surely the banks and payment providers can black list them?

No Refund, No response

This is update

Two months has gone, since they promised a refund but
No Refund and No Response to my emails.
Same as everyone's here.
I contacted to my bank and there fraud dispute team is investigating this company now.
I had a really Bad experience and expensive lesson.
Do Not Use this company!
I wish I read these bad reviews before I placed order so if anyone there please don't make same mistake as me.

Scam!! always read the reviews!!!

I Purchased a camera order #1500026819 on the 29th November 2017 (in good time for Christmas), the camera never arrived so one disappointed daughter, I sent many emails to which I did receive replies from Mellisa S stating that it was on back order.
As the camera hadn't arrived in time I requested a refund in January 2018 to be told it would be issued within 14days... I'm still waiting

I usually read reviews before ordering! on this occasion I didn't! More fool me!!

Refund Received Finally

Well, I don't believe it but I have been refunded my purchase.
I really only think this has occurred because I threatened them by going to my bank & Consumer Affairs Victoria. Consumer Affairs contacted them & almost straight away, my refund was finally processed.
So don't give up, chase them via legal avenues and there may be a positive result.

Ordered a Samsung Gear watch ...never came....

Ordered a Samsung Gear watch for my son's birthday back in December. Still waiting. Claims the parcel was lost. Spoke to the courier company who said the company was reimbursed for the loss of the parcel and that they should resend or refund me. Still waiting.
Given a name of someone(Law) who can expedite the situation - no movement. Everyone that responded had a silly story about waiting on Dispatch to confirm next steps.
Three months I am convinced this is a fraudulent organisation.

Onedigitals.de - A fraudulent company

Based on my own experience (which is the same as everyone else's: no product sent and endless putting off of a refund) and all the reviews here, it seems perfectly clear to me that this is not a legitimate company; they are entirely fraudulent. Has anyone ever received an item from them? How many have received the promised refunds? How many have relied on their credit card companies to give the refund and let this company away with pure theft?
It is time someone took proper legal action to have this "company" closed down. Perhaps we need to get together to make up the legal fees and get these crooks locked up.

Another negative reviews.
So after a long wait I received my iphone with a big delay.
After 6 weeks of use, the on/off button has ceased working so I have got in touch with them with emails/phone calls/live chats with NO results whatsoever despite the 3 months warranty.
I think they need to be reported to trading standards!

I HAVEN'T RECIEVED MY REFUND STILL!!!!!!!!

Hi,

I voice the same opinions as everybody else on here. I made an order on 13th Januray 2018, I then received an email saying that the order had been delayed.

After weeks of not receiving the item, I decided to cancel the order on 4th February and all I got back from the company was:

"For the past few weeks, ONEdigitals UK has been undergoing system enhancements, that resulted to delays in processing refunds."

As of 21st February, I'm still awaiting me refund.

Unprofessional Company

I bought a camera on 14/Jan/2018 for 512 Euro, order number 511-12003 on onedigitals.de.
Since camera was not available they proposed me to refund my money. I accepted and still waiting for my money. I am sending emails every day but I receive a kind of standard answer asking me to wait 12 working days.
I also notified .actionfraud.police.uk

I've been looking at all these bad…

I've been looking at all these bad reviews so I consider myself very lucky , I ordered a Samsung galaxy A5 (2017) in March 2017 and received it with no problems although it did take about 5 weeks to be delivered, was just considering another phone thats how I came to resd the reviews, I think I'll give it a miss this time.

Same as these other reviews, this company is awful. They took my money for a smartwatch months ago, haven't delivered and can't seem to refund my money either now. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, they appear to be a fraud of some kind. If anyone does know the correct procedure for taking action I would appreciate knowing so I can do the same, thanks. I will be looking how to take action unless my money can be refunded immediately which the email contact (Raji-Vi) doesn't seem to be able to help me with, just keeps answering with the same stock response.

Product x 2 faulty

Product x 2 faulty, support looked for original packing, then a video of the fault which could not upload to their site. We shared the videos on a third party site, one digital opened a new ticket. As a service provider we wonder how this company well remain in business. When our end users have a problem we respond and fix the problem. We retain business and generate more by word of mouth. Well you reap what you sew. Best of luck if you buy off this company. Just look at all the negative reviews EVERYWHERE.

Believe EVERY SINGLE BAD review of this abourant company. I attempted to purchase a watch in Jan 18, they said 2 weeks delivery. NOTHING.
Asked for a delivery date NOTHING. asked for a refund NOTHING.
This is not a legitimate company, DO NOT USE THEM...

The UK phone number is discontinued or permanently engaged, the live web chat is a con, all empty promises and apologies.

I am still a couple of hundred of pound down with no sign of recovery.

I will be attempting to recover via credit card, but the question is Who are these people, they are certainly not a UK base enterprise as they elude to on the website.

ONE digitals is stealing your money, DON'T BUY FROM THEM

I'm usually cautios when buying on the internet, and mostly use reliable sites, but here I am amongst the other cheated persons, hurting me with 374 Euro. (My purchase was on ONE Digitals.de)
I really stopped the order, I was contacted by Artur (more likely a fake name), that I will get back my money in 14 working days, but as all the other stories here, nothing happened. I just get to my requests some very polite, but time-pulling, answers.
I will not stop till I get my refund, I'll use lawyers too if necessary.
Don't even try to consider buying from them those who are still willing to

7 months ago I sent back a non UK Sony VR playstatioon
which was under warranty apparently with Onedigital but not Sony UK .

I have received over 20 emails advising that I will get a refund yet it has never arrived.
This was a childs Christmas present expect no integrity - I would not use them in the UK.
