A FRENCH landlord has exacted sweet revenge on filthy tenants who trashed his property - by dumping all their abandoned junk outside their new home.
Astonishing footage shows the moment Thomas Ravaux, from Rozoy-sur-Serre, Aisne, dumped a truck full of rubbish on the family's doorstep.
Thomas last week posted photos of the mess the tenants left on his Facebook page, saying: "Shame on you."
He wrote: "This is how this flat was returned to me.
"Living like that with three kids, bravo. Shame on you.
"Good luck to your new landlord."
The post attracted 2,500 views and showed rooms piled high with abandoned furniture, clutter, rubbish and junk.
But he hatched a plan, and last Friday uploaded the remarkable video showing him handing it all back to them.
He captioned the video: "Return to sender".
Thomas told L'Union the family had left the property without any notice a year ago and failed to return their keys or give him the opportunity to do an inventory check.
The clip has now gone viral and has been shared almost 300,000 times.
