Jeffrey Epstein assistant pictured at Pilates class after denying claims she helped pedophile get his hands on victims

JEFFREY Epstein's longtime assistant was pictured going to a Pilates class after denying claims she helped the billionaire pedophile get his hands on underage victims.

Lesley Groff, 53, was spotted out and about after being named in court documents by Epstein's victims as a facilitator in his horrific abuse of young girls.

Groff was the wealthy financier's executive assistant for years and he once bragged about paying her $200,000-a-year, getting her a nanny, and buying her a flashy car.

But Groff's job requirements also reportedly involved some darker duties, according to Epstein's young victims.

They claim she made their travel arrangements and even allegedly spoke to one girl about her weight via email.

Groff - who Epsein once referred to as "an extension of my brain" - has vehemently denied these claims through a lawyer.

Jennifer Araoz alleges she was recruited by one of Epstein's staffers outside her high school when she was still a child.

The October lawsuit against Epstein's estate states that Araoz was instructed to go to "Ms Groff's office" when she visited Epstein.

Another accuser Sarah Ransome said Groff arranged travel for her and discussed her weight over email when Ransome was told to slim down.

Epstein, 66, had previously gushed about Gross and his other assistants in a revealing New York Times interview before his sick sex crimes were revealed.

"They are an extension of my brain," he said in the 2005 article. "Their intuition is something that I don't have."

Epstein - who called his executive assistants a "social prosthesis" - stated that "there is no way that I could lose Lesley to motherhood."

He told the publication he bought her a  Mercedes-Benz E320 for the Connecticut commute and paid for a full-time nanny.

But Groff's attorney Michael Bachner said that "at no time during Lesley’s employment with Epstein did she ever engage in any misconduct."

Bachner said: "Lesley worked as part of a professional staff that included in-house attorneys, accountants, an office manager and other office staff.

"Lesley’s job included making appointments for Mr. Epstein as directed by him, taking his messages.

"[She also set] up high-level meetings with CEOs, business executives, scientists, politicians and celebrities."

Other women who worked for Epstein allegedly catered to his sick desires by sexually training underage girls.

Some of Epstein's female employees allegedly schooled them on how to cater to his sick desires.

But Ghislaine Maxwell was named as the predominant accomplice in his abuse of young girls, victims allege.

Nadia Marcinkova, Adriana Ross and Sarah Kellen were all named in lawsuits alongside Epstein's alleged "Madam" Maxwell.

Maxwell denied any wrongdoing while Marcinkova claimed to be a victim also but is not ready to address her experience.

Ross have yet to address the explosive allegations levelled at them by Epstein's victims.

Kellen's legal representative maintained that she too was a victim of Epstein's machinations.

“Sarah had just turned 22 when she was recruited by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell to work as an assistant for Maxwell," a member of her legal team said.

"[She] was targeted by Epstein and Maxwell when she, like many of their victims, was extremely vulnerable - struggling financially and emotionally."

Kellen's representative said "at no time did Sarah recruit anyone on Epstein’s or Maxwell’s behalf."
