A woman has died in a fiery crash south of Onslow in the Pilbara tonight.
Two people were travelling in a car on the North West Coastal Highway when the driver lost control of the sedan, rolling it 20km north of Onslow Road about 6.30pm.
On impact, a woman became trapped and could not be saved after the car caught fire.
A passer-by found the car on fire, stopped to call triple-0 and offered assistance to a man who was able to escape the wreckage.
It is understood he sustained burns. The man is in a serious condition in Onslow Hospital.
