A man has been charged with the stabbing murder of a 60-year-old man at a campsite at a remote far north Queensland community.
The 35-year-old man allegedly stabbed the man in the neck during a fight before stabbing a woman, 65, in the arm in Lockhart River on Cape York on Thursday morning.
He will face Cairns Magistrates Court on Friday on one count each of murder and wounding.
