Former New York City Mayor David Dinkins and present NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg flank Stephen Knapp Jr. being consoled by Charles Maikish, former director of the World Trade Center as the song Amazing Garce was played.  His father Stephen Knapp died in the 1993 attack.
