New Beginnings, New Faces! 'The Hills' Cast Gets Massive Plastic Surgery Overhaul

As the world eagerly awaits the premiere of The Hills: New Beginnings, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the entire cast has likely gone under the knife countless times in the years since the original show ended!
However, out of the entire gang that is returning cast mates, Audrina Patridge, Kristin Cavallari, Whitney Port, Mischa Barton, Stephanie Pratt, Heidi Montag and hubby Spencer Pratt are the most plastic of all, according to several of the nation's leading plastic surgeons!
So what have they all had done?
In looking at before and after photos, America's Holistic Beauty Doc, Dr. Anthony Youn, told RadarOnline.com that he believes that they've all fought against the hands of time with the skillful hands of a cosmetic surgeon!
Starting with Audrina, 34. Dr. Youn — who has not treated the brunette beauty — said "she looks great, but suspect that she's had a rhinoplasty to thin her nose and some Botox into her forehead, giving her a smooth and almost lifted look."
Moving onto Heidi, 32, who has admitted to having numerous procedures, Dr. Youn said, "Oh my God! What hasn't Heidi done? She's had a nose job, breast augmentation, blepharoplasty, fat injections, fillers, botox, chin implant and the list goes on. She really didn't need to have any of this done!"
In addition, Dr. Youn claimed that Heidi's hubby, Spencer, 35, has also gone under the knife to have a nose job!
And what about Spencer's 33-year-old sister, Stephanie?
"Her nose definitely appears to have been thinned and shortened with a rhinoplasty. Her lips also appear to have been plumped with injectable filler like Juvederm. She also looks like she's had Botox and filler injections, too," Dr. Youn said.
But that's not all
After viewing several of the other cast members, Dr. Youn said that newbie Mischa, 33‚ who was not on the original show, "Looks like a different person" due to fillers!
"I suspect that she's had some fillers injected into her cheeks and nasolabial folds (smile lines) causing her face to have a different shape now," Dr. Youn added.
However, for returning reality star Whitney, 34, and Kristin, 32, Dr. Youn said that the two of them kept it more natural than the rest! "I suspect that they've both had some lip fillers and have used botox to keep their skin wrinkle free," Dr. Youn added.
But Dr. Youn isn't the only surgeon that RadarOnline.com spoke to in regards to The Hills cast's fake faces!

PLASTIC PATRIDGE!
According to Dr. Dennis Schimpf of Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery in South Carolina, Audrina looks drastically different! "Her cheeks and lips both appear more full now which is most likely the result of fillers. In addition, she has little to no lines of expression when smiling likely due to Botox," Dr. Schimpf, who has not treated any of the cast, told RadarOnline.com.
Heidi Had It All!
Dr. Schimpf agreed with Dr. Youn about Heidi! "The overall shape of her face has changed specifically her chin and jaw line. It appears that she had reshaping of this area performed surgically. In addition her eyebrows look elevated or higher consistent with a brow lift. Finally her lips as well as her cheeks appear fuller consistent with filler. I assume she’s also had laser and/or chemical peels performed to lighten her skin tone and improve her complexion," he said.
Pratt Not Having That!
According to Dr. Schimpf, who is the author of Finding Beauty: Think, See and Feel Beautiful, "Overall does not look dramatically different to me. He does have little in the way of expression lines while smiling. This is perhaps a result of receiving Botox to soften these lines!"
Another Plastic Pratt!
The same cannot be said for Spencer's sister Stephanie!
Dr. Schimpf told RadarOnline.com, "Her lips and cheeks both appear full. This could be a result of a filler or implant placement. She appears to have received Botox as her expression lines are minimal. Her eyes appear to be open more most likely the result of either the use of Botox to lift the eyebrow or a brow lift with a possible eyelid surgery known as a blepharoplasty."
Massive Makeover For Mischa!
In regards to Mischa, Dr. Schimpf also agreed with Dr. Youn in that she's had extensive work done. "Overall her face appears more full most likely due to having fillers injected. . She has little to no lines of expression when smiling or animating her face which is a result of Botox or some other neurotoxin. Her skin appears drastically different, most likely do to having had laser treatments and a strict sun avoidance skin regiment. Finally her nose appears smaller now too perhaps due to a rhinoplasty or nose job," he told RadarOnline.com.
Plastic Port!
Whitney has even gone under the knife, according to Dr. Schimpf — but not like the other girls! "Her face appears slimmer overall. Her eyes also appear to be more open which could be a result of a brow lift or the use of Botox. It also appears her lips are fuller now, most likely a result of fillers," Dr. Schimpf said.
Cosmetic Kristin!
Last but not least, Kristin — whose never really left the reality TV world has had no work done, according to Dr. Schimpf! "It appears she uses good skin care products and takes care of her skin," he told RadarOnline.com.
