GPU Artifacting, NEED HELP!

Update 2015-12-22

I have now tested more games with this setup, and i can say that the problems that occur in games are reflections and shadows that sometimes fails to render properly(they are basically just pixelated). I've run the latest msi kombuster a couple of times (every single test) and no artifacting appears during those test, so what is the problem? Just drivers perhaps?

I am sorry for not respondíng to any of your replies, i'm a lazy stupid fucker

Here are some picture

So i've been having som issues lately with my GPU (Sapphire R9 390 Nitro).
I believe it has overheated twice despite having good airflow inside my case, because it shuts down my monitor when it happens, so i took a look at the temps. And it looks like the second VRM is the one thats overheating.

Also i'm experiencing artifacts but i need help in order to confirm them, but i am very sure that it's my gpu that's causing the problems. Below i have uploaded pictures showing examples. The Killing Floor 2 screenshots are mine using the setup that i used. My build is listed at the bottom of this topic

This screenshot is during idle state

When i'm playing games such as killing floor 2, I can clearly see that the second VRM is taking a lot of load. Sometimes it even reaches near 70 C

Many of the examples below (that are not my pictures, except for the killing floor 2 screenshots) are very similar to my "artifacting" problems.

MY PC BUILD:

  • Motherboard: MSI Z170A KRAIT GAMING
  • CPU: i5 6600K (Using stock clocks [3500 mhz] )
  • CPU cooler: Be quiet! pure rock
  • GPU: SAPPHIRE R9 390 NITRO (stock clocks)
  • PSU: EVGA G2 650W
  • Case:Fractal Design Define S
  • RAM:Crucial Ballistix Sport 2400mhz
  • C: Drive: SSD Samsung 850 Evo 120gb
  • D: Drive: WD Blue 1TB (7200RPM)

70°C on the VRM is not mindblowing hot on a gpu tbh.
How are you so sure its your gpu causing the issues?
And not a driver for example?
Or just the game itself?

Also i might be blind, but it dont see anything weird in your screenshots?
Only thing i mainaly see is shadows from objects or light effects.

this is what artifacting should look like.
