We fished for two days with Hue and had a great time both days. Hue found lots of bonefish and certainly knows how to guide and even share casting instruction. Our son caught bonefish on his first outing with Hue! We recommend Hue ( however, not when we're in T & C!)

We fished Turks and Caicos waters with Capt. Hue Evans of Da Reel Deal Fishing Charters. Our quarry, Bonefish on the fly. Our group would challenge even the most seasoned guide. Advanced and amateur casters, middle aged to senior, we all had different needs. Capt Hue Evans handled it all with amazing ease. With his expert boat handling, gentle casting tips, uncanny ability to locate and spot fish, he gave us an unforgettable experience. Even my 75 year old father in law caught Bones on the fly! I fished with Capt. Hue for four days straight. Throughout our entire trip he displayed the skills of a top notch guide. Totally professional he encouraged us with enthusiasm and humor. I left feeling we had a wonderful experience with a good friend. It is obvious that Capt. Hue strongly desires that his clients have a quality fishing experience as he shares his knowledge and respect for the beautiful water he calls home. I know I will return to Turks and Caicos in the future and booking with Capt. Hue will be my first thought!

Had a great day on the flats fishing with Hue. I have fished many places in the Bahamas and a couple times from Provo with other guides. I think Hue's experience guiding on Andros gives him a perspective that other guides in TCI don't have. I always prefer to walk the flats rather than be poled around. Hue took us to a huge white sand flat where we stuck many fish and had shots at many more. Size ranged from 3-7 lbs and we saw several that were 10 lbs plus. Great fast boat . Great guide with a great sense of humor and plenty of fish. What more can you ask for?

He is a knowledgeable and capable guide and fly fisherman but he has not character or principle. Be careful. His charismatic personality is intended to manipulate his clients to make you feel sorry for his situation and his need for help financially. Don't fall for it like I did. In addition to paying him handsomely, I tried to help him and his family. I was lied to and betrayed by someone I thought of as a friend,

If you are thinking about fishing in the Turks and Caicos look no further! Hue is definitely one of the best guides I have ever fished with. He definitely knows his stuff. I learned more than just fishing while out with him, he taught me to properly cast a fly rod. Hopefully it won't be a full year before I get to practice it again! You can tell Hue has his heart in what he's doing! Thanks for the good times...

Hue took my wife and I out one day and then I went out a second day. Pretty windy conditions o both days; however we caught some "Bones" and had a great time. Hue has a nice boat and he knows where the fish are; and he is patient with training tips. I would definitely recommend Hue Evans when going to the T&C.

Hue took me and my six year old son out at Chalk Sound. He was a great teacher for my six year old who caught his first fish of any size. We started off trolling in the shallows and caught tons of jack crevalle, a perfect warm-up for my little fisherman. We then moved offshore and caught a large barracuda on the way out. We then quickly located a pod of pilot whales. Within minutes we found an aggressive school of bonito and yellowfin tuna working a baitball and it was on! We lost two big ones but caught tons of bonito and yellowfin.
Hue was impressive. He rigged and set the lines, drove the boat most of the time, gaffed the fish, dealt with tangled lines, and coached my little guy seamlessly. Check out these youtube video links of the trip. Great trip. Guaranteed good time for all ages.

The staff at Da Real Deal is first class and they presented me with a very memorable Bonefishing trip in the Caicos Islands. From the very beginning they answered all my calls and responded to emails. When weather conditions got rough they were flexible with timing to insure a pleasurable trip. Captain/guide A. J. was great at explaining bonefishing technique and assisting when needed, but at the same time was carefull enough to step back and allow me to experiance the fishing techniques and fight the fish on my own. We caught bones/cuda/snapper and had a great time. And at the end of a fun day when a taxi driver charged me for transportation that was already in my package cost, they personally delivered a cash refund to me. They are the real deal and i will use them again next year.

Hue Evans is a terrific guide. He is energetic, entertaining and knows his business. He'll find you tons of fish and will happily teach you to catch them. We had a wonderful day with him.

A fun day on the water with Hue. Caught a giant barracuda, loads of smaller fish, and they were totally flexible. We spent two hours reef fishing and two hours bone fishing. Both fun, but different experiences. Hue was a terrific guide and very enthusiastic. Overall, a great day on the water my husband and I would do again in a minute. MIT was the experience we wanted, they showed up as promised, on time, atvagreedbcost, we were very happy,
