Does Google Mini handle document-level security?

Print
The Google Mini provides support for user-level document security using NTLM and HTTP Basic Authentication and Authorization. The Google Mini also can crawl secured content that requires LDAP authentication. Using collections, you can divide content in your index into sections. You can create section-level security by placing a proxy web server in front of the Google Mini and password protecting it. If document level security beyond NTLM and HTTP Basic Authentication and Authorization is a must for your implementation, you should consider the Google Search Appliance.
