Do you provide a search API?

Print
The Google Mini doesn't come with any search API similar to what we've provided in the past for our Google.com search. We do however allow a great deal of flexibility in the way queries are constructed, and how the results are returned. You can construct precise and powerful custom queries, built into advanced HTML forms, making use of features such as custom meta tag search, sorting properties, or filtering. The Mini will then return its search results as XML, allowing you to do whatever you want with the results using an XSLT stylesheet. There is a huge amount of power available to the web developer wanting to use the Google Mini to power their search. For all the nitty gritty technical details, you might want to check out our XML Search Protocol documentation: http://code.google.com/apis/searchappliance/documentation/46/xml_reference.html
