Google Australia offers paid leave (capped) for the primary caregiver, to be used as a portion of the 52 weeks Statutory leave entitlement.
Parental Leave (for non-primary caregivers)
Google Australia also offers paid leave (capped) for non-primary caregivers.
Take-Away Benefit
To help make things easier, new mums and dads are able to expense a capped amount for take-away meals during the first four weeks that they are home with their new baby.

We’ll help you pursue further education that’s relevant to what you do. Tuition reimbursement is capped to a standard (generous!) amount per calendar year.
Employee Referral Program
Good people know other good people. Our best employees have been hired through referrals .Google encourages you to recommend candidates for opportunities here and will award you a monetary bonus if your referral accepts our offer and remains employed for at least 60 days.
Gift Matching Program
