Description

Tab material delivery device and tab material delivery method
The present invention relates to a sealing technique for sealing an opening (drinking mouth) of a packaging container filled with contents such as coffee, juice, alcoholic beverages, milk, water, tea, soup and other liquid beverages. The present invention relates to a delivery technology for a tab material that supplies a sheet-like tab material that has been conveyed to an opening position of a packaging container for stopping.
In the field of liquid beverages such as coffee, fruit juice beverages, tea, and liquid soup, a paper container (packaging container) whose drinking mouth is sealed with a sealing tab material is used because the disposal of the used container becomes easy. ) Is widely adopted.
As a method for manufacturing such a paper container, after forming an empty container having an opening serving as a drinking mouth, the liquid content is filled from the opening, and then the opening is formed as described in Patent Document 1. A manufacturing method for sealing with a tab material and sealing (sealing) is known.
Here, for example, the tab material is intermittently sent to the vicinity of the empty container in the state of a strip as shown in FIG. 4 of Patent Document 1, and the strip is cut and sequentially formed into a desired tab shape. The Thereafter, the formed tab material is supplied to the opening position of the paper container (empty container). The supplied tab material is temporarily attached, for example, in the vicinity of the opening in the paper container.
Subsequently, when the filling process of the liquid contents into the container from the opening is completed, the opening of the container is sealed (sealed) by heat sealing with the temporarily attached tab material.
Here, when the sheet-like tab material formed into the above-mentioned target shape is transported to the position of the opening of the paper container, the tab material is a sheet material. The conveyance by the provided delivery apparatus is generally employ | adopted.
In particular, in the field of liquid beverages, the filling of liquid into paper containers and the sealing of openings are performed in a short period of time to transport tab materials to the openings of the packaging containers from the viewpoint of manufacturing a large amount of products in a short time. Preferably it can be done. For this reason, it is effective to transfer the tab material to the opening position in a moving form that swings the suction jig, for example.
Japanese Patent No. 4370155
Here, when it is considered that the tab material is reliably conveyed to the position of the opening, there may be a case where the holding force is insufficient in the holding mechanism only by suction by vacuuming. In particular, as a problem of suction holding, it can be mentioned that the holding is weak against an external force acting in a direction perpendicular to the suction direction, that is, parallel to the suction surface. For this reason, for example, when the adsorbed tab material is moved, if the tab material is caught by a nearby structure and a force parallel to the adsorbing surface is applied to the tab material, the tab material falls off the adsorbing surface. There was a fear.
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above points, and an object of the present invention is to make it possible to more reliably convey the conveyed sheet-like tab material to the opening position of the packaging container.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
<Manufacturing process>
As shown in FIG. 1, for example, the manufacturing process of a packaging container filled with contents such as a liquid beverage includes a packaging container forming process A, a tab material temporary attaching process B, a contents filling process C, and an opening sealing. Step D is included.
Here, the contents to be filled in the empty container may not be liquid, and may be a jelly-like object, a granular material, or a powdery material. Further, the present invention can be applied even if the contents filled in the empty container are contents other than the contents taken in from the mouth of a person.
Moreover, even if tab material temporary attachment process B is a process process relevant to this invention among said process processes, and other processes are implemented by the process different from the following description, this invention is Applicable. Further, the present invention can be applied even when a tab material is attached to the opening before the final packaging shape is formed in the empty packaging container forming step A. Further, the present invention is an invention in which the tab material fed sequentially is supplied to the opening position of the packaging container, and the tab material supplied to the opening is sealed as it is without temporary attachment. Even when the sealing process is performed, it is applicable. However, the present invention is particularly effective for temporary attachment.
In the present embodiment, a case where a cylindrical packaging container 1 as shown in FIG. 2 is assumed and an opening 2 as a drinking mouth is provided on the upper surface (opening forming surface 1a) will be described as an example. In FIG. 2, the code | symbol 3 is a tab material, the code | symbol 4 is a sealing position at the time of sealing, and the code | symbol 5 is a temporary attachment position.
(Process A for forming packaging container 1)
In the forming step A of the packaging container 1, for example, a band-shaped packaging laminate material is first formed into a tube shape and sealed, and further subjected to a process such as folding along a crease line, etc. Molded into a shape. The molded packaging container 1 is conveyed to the tab material temporary attachment process B.
(Tab material temporary attachment process B)
In the tab material temporary attachment process B, the tab material 3 is temporarily attached to the transported packaging container 1 in the vicinity of the position of the opening 2 serving as a drinking mouth. The temporary attachment position is a position on the side where the sealed tab member 3 is first peeled off as shown in FIG.
At this time, separately from the transport of the packaging container 1, the tab material 3 is formed into a desired tab shape sequentially from the belt-shaped body that is a sheet-shaped raw material for the tab material, and the formed tab material 3 is delivered to the tab material. It is supplied to the opening 2 position by the device. A part of the supplied tab material 3 is temporarily attached in the vicinity of the opening 2 by a sealing device (not shown). At this time, the tab material 3 is temporarily attached to a position where the opening 2 can be closed when pressed against the opening 2 side. Further, in the temporarily attached state, the main body of the tab member 3 is separated from the opening 2, and the contents can be supplied from the opening 2.

(Content filling process C)
In the content filling process C, after the empty packaging container 1 is sterilized, the packaging container 1 is filled with the contents from the opening 2.
(Opening sealing process D)
Subsequently, the tab material 3 is pressed against the opening 2 side by the sealing device, and heat sealing is performed on the entire outer edge of the opening 2, thereby sealing (sealing) the opening 2 with the tab material 3. Is completed.
<Tab material temporary attachment process B of this embodiment>
Next, the tab material temporary attachment process B will be described in further detail.
[Reference examples]
First, a delivery device of a reference example will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4 which are conceptual diagrams.
In this reference example, the tab material 3 is supplied by a delivery device having a holding mechanism by suction. That is, this reference example shows an example of a mechanism for sucking and holding the tab material 3 for sealing the container and transporting it to the container opening position.
(Tab material 3 forming process)
As shown in FIG. 3, the tip of the strip-shaped raw material for tab material 10 passes through a pass line set in the molding die 11 and is placed on the upper surface of the table 12 (tab holding). Surface).
The strip-shaped raw material 10 for the tab material is intermittently sent by the feeding mechanism 13 so that a part of the tab material 3 is placed on the tab holding surface, and each time the original fabric 10 is sent, the molding die 11 is sent. The current tab material 3 is formed by cutting at. At this time, the cutting by the molding die 11 is performed, for example, by cutting the tail end portion of the current tab member 3 with a cutting blade 11a as shown in FIG. Next, the cutting process for shape | molding the front-end | tip shape of the part used as the tab material 3 is also performed.
As described above, the molding die 11 is a cutting device that cuts the tab material 10 into a tab material shape.
The first part of the original fabric 10 is not used because it cannot be used as the tab material 3.
As shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of suction holes 12 a are formed on the tab holding surface of the table 12, and the tab material 3 placed on the tab holding surface can be sucked and held by the holding surface. Yes. Note that the tail end side of the tab member 3 protrudes from the holding surface, and a temporary attachment portion is set in the tail end side portion.
Thereafter, the table 12 performs a predetermined transport operation to transport the tab material 3 from the placement position to the opening position of the paper container. FIG. 4 shows an example of the transport operation. When transporting in a short time, generally, the tab member 3 is transported to the opening position by turning the table 12.
In the transport method of this reference example, when an external force is applied parallel to the moving tab holding surface (suction surface), for example, when the tab material 3 after molding is caught inside the mold 11, the tab material 3 is easy. There is a risk of falling off the tab holding surface.
In the transport operation of the table 12 shown in FIG. 4, the tab material 3 to be placed is turned in the thickness direction (vertical direction in FIG. 4). It is pulled out from the molding die 11 in a state where an external force is applied in the normal direction of the surface or a direction close thereto. Also in the delivery apparatus of this embodiment described below, the case where the table 12 is supported by the support portion so as to perform the same operation will be described as an example. The molding die 11 and the feeding mechanism 13 are also used in the present embodiment.
[Delivery device]
Next, the delivery device of this embodiment will be described.
As shown in FIG. 6, which is a schematic diagram, the delivery device according to the present embodiment includes a table 22, a clip body 14 having an abutting portion 14 </ b> A disposed to face a tab holding surface 22 b of the table 22, and an urging portion. The spring 15 which comprises, the support part 16, and the control part 17 are provided.
The basic configuration of the table 22 is the same as that of the table 12 of the reference example, and a tab holding surface 22b having a plurality of suction holes 22a is formed on the upper surface. Specifically, the front side (molding die 11 side) portion of the upper surface of the table 22 forms the tab holding surface 22b. In the present embodiment, the front side of the suction hole 22a of the tab holding surface 22b is a position where the contact portion 14A contacts.
The clip body 14 includes a contact portion 14A facing a part of the tab holding surface 22b, and an extending portion 14B configured integrally with the contact portion 14A and extending rearward (feed direction of the original fabric 10) from the contact portion 14A. With. A midway position in the extending direction of the extending portion 14 </ b> B is connected to the table 22 so as to be rotatable by the rotating shaft 18. The rotation shaft 18 is set so as to extend perpendicular to the extending direction, that is, in the width direction of the table 22 and in a direction parallel to the tab holding surface 22b.
The structure of the connecting portion will be described. A pair of projecting portions are erected from both sides of the table 22 in the width direction, and the rotary shaft 18 is installed between the opposing projecting portions. The rotating shaft 18 passes through a through hole penetrating the extending portion 14B in the width direction between the pair of projecting portions. Accordingly, the extending portion 14B is rotatably supported by the table 22 via the rotating shaft 18.
Here, a position behind the rotating shaft 18 in the extending portion 14B is referred to as a lever portion 14Ba.
A spring 15 as an urging portion is interposed between the lever portion 14Ba and the upper surface of the table 22 facing the lever portion 14Ba. In the present embodiment, a coil spring is illustrated as the spring 15, but it may be configured by other urging means such as a leaf spring. Explaining an installation example of the spring 15, a seat surface recess 22c is formed on the upper surface of the table 22, and a seat surface recess 14a is formed on the lower surface of the lever portion 14Ba facing the recess 22c. A coil spring 15 is coaxially disposed between a pair of opposing recesses 22c and 14a. Further, a guide rod protrudes upward from the center of the recess on the table 22 side, and the tip end side of the guide rod is free to play in a slot (reference numeral 14Ca in FIG. 7) opened in the recess 14a on the lever portion 14Ba side. It has a structure to be inserted. With this structure, the position of the spring 15 is stabilized.
At this time, the spring 15 is disposed between the recesses 22c and 14a in a compressed state in the axial direction, so that the spring 15 is in a direction in which the contact portion 14A of the clip body 14 contacts the tab holding surface 22b. The clip body 14 is urged against the table 22. That is, in the state where the contact portion 14A is in contact with the tab holding surface 22b, the coil spring 15 having a longer axial length at no load than the distance between the pair of recesses 22c and 14a is interposed between the pair of recesses 22c and 14a. Install. The gripping force (clipping force) by the contact portion 14A and the tab holding surface 22b by the spring 15 is pulled out without damaging the tab material 3 when the tab material 3 being gripped is pulled with a predetermined force. Is set to the possible force.
Specific configurations of the table 22 and the clip body 14 of the present embodiment will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, the table 22 of the present embodiment includes a table body 31, a block body 32, and a side plate 33. The table body 31 is a component that forms the tab holding surface 22b. A block body 32 and a side plate 33 are integrally attached to the left and right sides on the rear side of the table main body 31, respectively. The block body 32 and the side plate 33 constitute a pair of projecting portions that support the rotating shaft 18. Further, the support portion 16 (not shown in FIG. 7) is attached to the block body 32. Reference numeral 32 a is a portion for attaching the shaft of the support portion 16.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 10, the clip body 14 of the present embodiment has a projecting portion 14 </ b> C projecting laterally on the lever portion 14 </ b> Ba, and the upper end portion of the coil spring 15 is attached to the projecting portion 14 </ b> C. It has a configuration that can be. Further, the lower end portion of the coil spring 15 is attached to the seating surface 22 c of the side plate 33. Thus, in the table 22 and the clip body 14 of this embodiment, the spring 15 as the urging unit and the table 22 are supported on the pass line through which the belt-shaped body constituting the raw material 10 for the tab material passes. The structure is such that the support portion 16 is not disposed.
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the rear portion of the table 22 is supported by the support portion 16. The support portion 16 is composed of a horizontally extending rotary shaft, and the support portion 16 formed of the rotary shaft is integrally attached to the rear portion of the table 22.
The support portion 16 made of a rotation shaft is supported by a bearing (not shown) so that the shaft can rotate, and a driving device (not shown) is connected to one end side of the support portion 16 made of the rotation shaft. It is formed so that the support part 16 which consists of a rotating shaft may rotate by driving. The driving device is, for example, a stepping motor.
With the support portion 16 having the above-described configuration, the table 22 can be rotated in the vertical direction around the support portion 16 formed of a rotating shaft, and the table 22 is placed in a horizontal placement position ((a) in FIG. 11). And a supply position (position of (c) in FIG. 11) that is obliquely below is set so as to be reciprocally movable by rotating up and down.
At the obliquely lower supply position, the tail end portion of the tab held on the tab holding surface 22b is set so as to come into contact with a position in the vicinity of the opening 2 at the opening forming position (upper surface) of the packaging container 1. .
In addition, the support part 16 which consists of a rotating shaft attached to the rear part of the table 22 is a hollow body, and can be evacuated by the suction hole 22a through the hollow body part of the supporting part 16 consisting of the rotating shaft.
As shown in FIG. 6, in the state where the table 22 is set at the placement position, the restricting portion 17 is located above the lever portion 14Ba.
The restricting portion 17 includes a roller 17B that is a cylindrical member, a shaft member 17C that is loosely inserted into the center hole of the roller 17B, and a support body 17A that supports both ends of the shaft member 17C. The roller 17B is rotatably supported on the shaft member 17C with a predetermined play.
The roller 17B supported by the shaft member 17C is in contact with the upper portion of the lever portion 14Ba of the clip body 14 in a rollable state with the table 22 positioned at the mounting position. In this state, the roller 17B is disposed so as to press the lever portion 14Ba toward the table against the spring 15 so that the lever portion 14Ba approaches the table 22 by a predetermined amount. That is, in the state where the table 22 is located at the mounting position, the contact portion 14A is separated from the tab holding surface 22b by a distance that allows the tab material 3 to be inserted between the two 14A and 22b.
The roller 17B is preferably made of a resin such as PEEK resin (polyether ether ketone resin). In the case of resin rather than metal, metal touch can be prevented and rotation is good.
<Operation other>
The operation of the delivery device having the above configuration will be described.
The placement position in which the table 22 is horizontal is set as the initial position of the delivery device (FIG. 11A).
When the table 22 is located at this mounting position, as described above, the raw material 10 for the tab material is fed, and the portion that becomes the tab material 3 next becomes the tab holding surface 22b on the front side of the table 22. In addition to being placed, it is sucked to the tab holding surface 22b by vacuuming from the suction hole 22a. The adsorption start may be after cutting by the molding die 11.
When the current tab material 3 is molded by the molding die 11, the driving device is driven to move the table 22 from the horizontal placement position toward the supply position obliquely below.
At this time, as shown in FIG. 11B, when the table 22 starts to move downward, the restriction of the upward movement of the lever portion 14Ba by the roller 17B which is the restriction portion 17 is automatically released, The contact portion 14A of the clip body 14 contacts the tab holding surface 22b with the tab material 3 interposed therebetween. That is, the tab material 3 is gripped by the contact portion 14A and the tab holding portion.
Subsequently, as the table 22 moves, the tab material 3 moves to the supply position while being held by suction and gripping (clip).
And if the table 22 moves to a supply position, as shown in FIG.11 (c), the tail end part of the tab material 3 currently hold | maintained will be pressed on the opening part 2 vicinity of the packaging container 1. As shown in FIG.
In this state, a part of the tail end portion of the tab material 3 is temporarily attached by being sealed with the heat device 40.
When the tacking is completed, the table 22 moves upward from the supply position toward the placement position. At this time, since the tab material 3 is gripped by the contact portion 14A and the tab holding portion, the tab material 3 is in a state where tension is applied as the table 22 is moved upward. 14A and slide out between the tab holding part.
Note that when the table 22 moves upward from the supply position toward the placement position, evacuation from the suction hole 22a may be temporarily stopped or may remain in the operating state. .
<Effect of this embodiment>
(1) The tab material delivery device includes a table 22 having a tab holding surface 22b on which the transported sheet-like tab material 3 is placed and a suction hole 22a is formed, and a tab holding surface 22b. A clip body 14 that has an abutting portion 14A that faces the clip body 14 and that is connected to the table 22 via the first rotating shaft 18 so that the abutting portion 14A can rotate in a direction approaching or separating from the tab holding surface 22b. The spring 15 that urges the clip body 14 against the table 22 in the direction in which the portion 14A abuts on the tab holding surface 22b, the table 22, and the mounting position where the tab material 3 is mounted on the tab holding surface 22b With the support member 16 movably supported between the supply position capable of supplying the tab material 3 to the opening position of the packaging container 1 and the table 22 positioned at the mounting position, the clip body 14 is Abutting portion 14A against spring 15 Having a depressible regulating portion 17, a direction away from the tab retaining surface 22b.
According to this configuration, the sheet-like tab material 3 is held by the two holding mechanisms of adsorption and gripping (clamping) and moved to the opening position of the packaging container 1. As a result, even if an external force due to some disturbance acts on the tab material 3 after molding, the tab material 3 can be more reliably transported to the opening position of the paper container 1.
Further, at the mounting position, the tab member 3 is mounted on the tab holding surface 22b because the contact portion 14A is separated from the tab holding surface 22b by the restricting portion 17 that resists the spring 15 that is the biasing portion. In addition, when the table 22 is moved from the placement position to the supply position, the tab material 3 can be automatically held by the spring 15 which is an urging portion.
(2) The support unit 16 rotatably supports a portion of the table 22 opposite to the tab holding surface 22b with respect to the first rotation shaft 18, so that the table 22 is positioned between the mounting position and the supply position. Can be moved. The clip body 14 has a lever portion 14Ba extending to the opposite side of the contact portion 14A with respect to the rotation shaft 18. The restricting portion 17 has a roller 17B that abuts on the lever portion 14Ba so as to be able to roll at the mounting position.
According to this configuration, the table 22 can move between the placement position and the supply position by swinging.
In addition, since the portion of the restriction portion 17 that contacts the clip body 14 is the roller 17B, sliding between the clip body 14 and the restriction portion 17 due to the movement of the table 22 is reduced by the rotation of the roller 17B, and the slide is performed. It is possible to suppress deterioration of the component surface due to movement.
Here, the roller 17B may be provided on the lever portion 14Ba side.
(3) The roller 17B is made of a resin such as PEEK resin (polyether ether ketone resin).
The roller 17B may be made of metal. However, when the clip body 14 is made of metal in consideration of durability, the roller 17B may become a metal touch and generate cutting powder due to sliding.
On the other hand, when the roller 17B is made of resin, generation of metal powder due to metal touch is suppressed, and the metal powder can be prevented from adhering to the packaging container 1.
(4) The table 22 is a support portion that can move in a direction that approaches and separates in the normal direction of the opening forming surface 1a with respect to the opening forming surface 1a that is the surface on which the opening 2 in the packaging container 1 is formed. 16 is supported.
In this embodiment, in order to simplify the structure, the clip body 14 is not provided with a drive unit that arbitrarily opens and closes the clip body 14, and the clip body 14 is configured by the spring 15 that constitutes the biasing portion and the roller 17 </ b> B that constitutes the restriction portion 17. It opens and closes mechanically.
For this reason, when the table 22 returns from the supply position to the placement position, the table 22 and the clip body 14 are gripped. In this embodiment, the table 22 is separated in the normal direction of the opening forming surface 1a. By doing so, the tab material 3 can be detached from the table 22 in a state in which the tension in the opening direction is applied to the opening 2 to the temporarily attached tab material 3, and the temporarily secured tab material 3 can prevent the opening 2 from being covered.
(5) Here, regarding the relationship between the suction hole 22a formed on the tab holding surface 22b and the contact position of the contact portion 14A, it is preferable that the contact position of the contact portion 14A does not have the suction hole 22a.
