Abstract

Electronical Certificate Records for the owners of lands or buildings are Stored in Data Registration Server located in Governmental Official Authority Office. The Personal Identity information of the owners, by using the Property Smart Cards Reader Device, can disclose and identify their legal ownership rights through internet. The Rental personal information are also included in the system. Manufacture Machine will design and make the Plastic Property Smart Cards in 4 types and colors. The 4 cards types are : Green Color Card belong to the National Individuals, Yellow Color Card belong to the Non-National Individuals, Blue Color Card belong to the Private National Firms / or Private Multi- International Firms, and Red Color Card belong to the Governmental National Organizations / or Governmental Non-National Organizations i.e. Foreign International Embassies, Foreign International Consulate, Foreign International Schools, and similar alike ) Notice that :- The Governmental Official Authority Office, in each country, is responsible for clarifying the legal Binding Instructions related to the ownership of the Lands and for the Building within its Geographical Boundary.

Description

PROPERTY SMART CARDS ( PSC )
This invention relates to issue and use the Electronical Certificate Record dedicated for lands and buildings.
The Electronical Certificate Records are Stored in Data Registration Server, which is linked through the internet, to a Smart Card Reader Device Interface.
The owners of the lands and buildings, by using the Property Smart Cards Reader, can disclose and identify the legal ownership rights for their lands and buildings. The Smart Card Data will also include the lands and buildings rental information.
Thus, the invention of the Property Smart Cards System is considered a very important innovation to prevent the traditional problem of using the mass amount of papers in order to approve the legal ownership of the lands and buildings.

This invention consists of :
1 - Property Smart Cards
2- Manufacture Machine for making the Plastic Property Smart Cards
3- Smart Cards Reading Device to interoperate the Property Smart Cards Data
1 - Property Smart Cards ownership Information
The contents of the Property Smart Cards Represent the official ownership reference records, which consists the detailed Property Information of the Lands owners and the building's owners. This personal information clarify the owner's identity and the owner's Property Data.
The Personal Property Smart Cards are divided into 4 types:-
Tvpe one Personal Cards belong to the national individuals are made of ( Green Color )
Type two Personal Cards belong to the non-national individual are made of ( Yellow Color )
Type three Private Sector Cards belong to ( Private national firms / or Private multi-national firms ) are made of ( Blue Color )
Type four Public Sector Cards belong to ( national Governmental organizations / or non- national Governmental organizations) are made of ( Red Color )
The Property Smart Cards must include ( Barcode Stripe / Magnetic Field / and Electronic Slice (ES) to prevent any frauds, malpractice, or any manipulating in the Original
Dependent Data. 2- Manufacture Machine for making the Plastic Property Smart Cards ( PSCM )
This Manufacture Machine will make the above 4 mentioned types Smart Cards in a larger size than the normal size of the Credit Cards, and also in larger thickness than the Credit Cards according to the following standards:-
First standard: The Smart Cards must include the Personal Identity information of the Lands and building's owners, the Personal Property Data related to the Lands and building's owners. It is also consists the Personal Identity information related to the Renters of the Lands or the Renters of the buildings.
Second standard: The Governmental Official Authority Office, in any country, is the main source for
Issuing and authenticating the original Ownership Certificates & Records for the
Lands Owners and for the Building's Owners within its Geographical
Boundary.
The Property Smart Cards system will depends on these Official
Certificates and
Records when issuing, clarifying, and using the Personal Identity information and the
Personal Property Data for the Lands and the buildings Ownership data.
3- Property Smart Card Reading Device
The Property Smart Card Reading Device for interoperating the Property Data are mad of two kinds ( TERMINAL PSCR ) and ( MAIN FRAME PSCR )
The Terminal Smart Card Reading Device is a small size portable computer that can be used by the Land Owners and the Building owners in order to read, monitor, and verify all the remote stored information and data related to their property ownership. This device is called ( PSCR ) and will easily interpret the 4 variable types Smart Cards in details. The Smart Card Reading Device Hardware mainly consist of :-
HD Screen ( High Definition )
Touch Keyboard
Smart Tiny Camera ( for eye imprint scanning )
The Main Frame Smart Card Reading Device ( MAIN FRAME PSCR ) is a large size stationary computer located in the Governmental Official Authority Office. This computer machine used for keeping, authenticating, and controlling, all the detailed stored information and data related to the lands and building property ownership. The Main Frame Hardware Computer consist of :-
- Maine Data and Information Storage
- Multi Reading device Machine
- Loud Speakers
- Stand Alone Display Plasma for viewing the progress action

Claims

The main claim of this invention related to the scope of legal protection for the
" PROPERTY SMART CARDS " include the following elements :- First ) The 4 Plastic types Property Smart Cards
Second ) The Manufacture Machine for making the Plastic Property Smart Card
Third ) The Property Smart Cards Reading Device consists of Slim Displaying Screen, and
Touch Key Board.
Fourth ) The High Resolution Digital Eye Scanning Camera
Fifth ) Each one of the 4 types cards consists of the followings :-
1 - Magnetic Black Stripe
2- Electronic Slice
3- Alfa-Numerical Barcode
4- Personal Photo
5- Four Color Plastic Cards
6- Unified Main Logo for, Property Smart Card, Manufacture Machine, and Reading Device.
The invention Scope of protection will cover all the geographical boundary of each country.
