[시험예 4] 거품의 형태와 유지력 비교Test Example 4 Comparison of Foam Form and Holding Force
조성물의 거품 형태와 유지력을 비교하기 위해, 상기 실시예 12 및 비교예 10의 조성물을 중량 기준으로 유화물:LPG(조성비 프로판:부탄=30:70중량%)=90:10의 비율로 캔에 충진하여 20회 혼합 후 토출한 거품 상태를 육안으로 비교하였다.In order to compare the foam form and the holding power of the composition, the composition of Example 12 and Comparative Example 10 was filled into the can at a ratio of emulsion: LPG (composition ratio propane: butane = 30: 70 wt%) = 90:10 by weight. [시험예 5] 자외선 차단 지수(SPF) 및 자외선A 차단 등급(PA) 측정[Test Example 5] UV cut index (SPF) and UVA cut rating (PA) measurement
식약청 고시 ‘기능성 화장품 기준 및 시험방법’ 중 ‘자외선 차단 기능성 시험법’에 따라 자외선 차단 지수는 투명 플라스틱 테이프(Transpore Tape; 3M, USA)를 준비된 캐스트(cast)에 부착시킨 후 상기 실시예 1~4 및 비교예 1~2의 화장료 조성물을 시료 2mg/cm2로 도포한 후, UV 측정기(SPF 290 Analyzer)로 자외선 차단 효과를 측정하였다. 또한, 자외선A 차단 등급PA의 측정은 광원으로 300W 크세논 아크 램프(xenon arc lamp)가 장착된 인공자외선 방출기 Multi-port Solar simulator 601-300W(Solar Light사, 미국)를 사용하였으며, 3D UV meter(Solar Light사, 미국)를 이용하여 광 세기를 측정하여 실시예 12 및 비교예 10 조성물에 대한 자외선A 차단 등급 PA를 측정하였다. 자외선 차단 지수는 3회 실험치의 평균값으로 정리하였고, 그 결과는 하기 표 8에 나타내었다.According to the 'UV screening functional test method' among the 'Functional cosmetic standards and test method' notice of the KFDA, the UV blocking index is attached to a transparent cast tape (Transpore Tape; 3M, USA) Example 1 ~ After applying the cosmetic composition of 4 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 with a sample 2mg / cm 2 , the UV blocking effect was measured by a UV meter (SPF 290 Analyzer). 인공 피부 테스팅 기질 (상품명: Vitro Skin, 제조원: IMS Testing group)에 2 mg/cm2으로 상기 실시예 12 및 비교예 1의 조성물을 각각 도포하고 건조상태에서 자외선 차단 능력(SPFdry)과 침수에 의하여 자외선 차단제를 손실시킨 후, 침수 후 자외선 차단 능력(SPFwet)을 측정하였다.
