The assembly and the operation of the thermos with two chambers, whose structural details are given above, are as follows. With reference to Figure 4, first of all, the second chamber extension (515) of the first cover (50) is turned and thereby fixed into the throat portion (31) of the second chamber (30). Thus, the second chamber (30) and the first cover (50) are connected to each other. Afterwards, the interconnected second chamber (30) and the first cover (50) are placed into the main body (10). The turning portion (51) of the first cover (50) is turned and thereby fixed to the body throat portion (13) of the main body (10). The second cover (40) is placed to the second cover gap (513) provided in the middle of the first cover (50). The cover threaded portion (419) of the cover body (41) of the second cover (40) is placed to the threads (5131 ) and to the second cover opening (513) of the first cover (50); and the upper sealing gasket (420a) is placed to the upper gasket housing (514a), and the lower sealing gasket (420b) is placed to the lower gasket housing (514b). In case the second cover (40) prevents liquid output, the lower sealing gasket (420b) prevents liquid leakage through the second chamber. When the button (443) is pressed, the upper sealing gasket (420a) prevents leakage from the side of the second cover (40) during dispensing of liquid from the second chamber (30) into the beverage cup. When the second cover (40) and the first cover (50) are connected, the turning flaps (412) remain on the outer side in order to manually rotate the second cover (40). In order to fill liquid into the second chamber (30), the second cover (40) is opened by means of rotation from the turning flaps (412), and liquid is put only into the second chamber (30). Thus, liquid can be filled into the second chamber (30) without the need for opening the first cover (50), and thanks to this, the liquid in the first chamber (20) does not cool down.
By means of the movement of the piston arm (44) of the second cover (40), the liquid, provided in the second chamber (30), is dispensed into the beverage cup. When the button (443) is pressed, the open-close mechanism (45) is activated. When the button (443) is first pressed, the springs (451), provided on the piston arm (44) of the open-close mechanism (45), move downwardly, and a gap is created between the piston base (441) and the body base (417) of the cover body (41), and a liquid passage path (418) is defined. The liquid, which is desired to be dispensed from the second chamber (30), follows the liquid passage path (418), and it passes through the liquid opening (416) of the cover body (41), and it is dispensed into the beverage cup from the second outlet (511) and from the dispense outlet (12) provided on the main body (10). Thanks to the piston gasket (442) provided on the piston base (441), sealing is provided in case the button (443) is in non-pressed condition.
The liquid provided in the first chamber (20) is dispensed to the beverage cup in the following manner. When the latch (52) provided on the first cover (50) is pressed, the drive piece (521) pushes the intermediate piece (54) downwardly by means of the drive arm (522), and the liquid passage gap (55) and the air passage gap (56) are formed between the liquid gasket (541) and the air gasket (542), and the liquid gasket gap (532) and the air gasket gap (533). The liquid, provided in the first chamber (20), passes through the liquid passage gap (55), and it is guided into the dispense outlet (12) from the first outlet (512), and at the same time, air enters into the first chamber (20) through the air passage gap (56), and thus, liquid output is facilitated by means of balancing the pressure. Meanwhile, there occurs no liquid output from the second chamber (30). In this manner, simultaneous liquid dispense from the second chamber (30) and from the first chamber (20) is prevented. When the latch (52) is released, the drive piece (521) returns to the prior position thereof depending on the drive spring (523) force.
The protection scope of the present invention is set forth in the annexed Claims and cannot . be restricted to the illustrative disclosures given above, under the detailed description. It is because a person skilled in the relevant art can obviously produce similar embodiments under the light of the foregoing disclosures, without departing from the main principles of the present invention.
