Abstract

The invention relates to a measuring device (10) for a racket (12), having a casing (24) which comprises a first portion (26) having a front face (28), and also a rear face (30) that has a flat surface (32) designed to rest against at least the side edges (22) of the branches (18), and a second portion (34) that projects from the rear face (30), said second portion (34) being designed to be housed between the two branches (18) while bearing against the inside edges (20) when said measuring device (10) is fitted on said racket (12), the second portion (34) having an upper end (40), a lower end (42) and opposite side faces (44) that are shaped so as to bear against the inside edges (20) of the branches (18) of the racket (12), and the flat surface (32) having two flat areas (32a) disposed on either side of the side faces (44) of the second portion (34), said flat areas (32a) being shaped so as to bear against the side edges (22) of the branches when the measuring device (10) is fitted on the racket (12).
