Abstract
Description
本願は、2012年10月10日に出願された日本国特許第2012-224848号公報に対し優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用したものである。
なお、アプリケーションが携帯端末にインストールされているか否かの判別結果に応じて、紙レシートおよび電子レシートの発行の有無を決定する構成としても良い。この場合、「アプリケーション」の機能を限定しないため、アプリケーションがインストールされている場合に、電子レシートの発行処理を行わない、または紙レシートの発行処理を行わない構成としても良い。逆に、アプリケーションがインストールされていない場合に、電子レシートの発行処理を行う、または紙レシートの発行処理を行う構成でも良い。
また、「紙レシート」とは、プリンターで印刷されるレシートを指す。また、「電子レシート」とは、決済情報(精算金額、購入商品、単価などを含む)を電子化したレシートを指す。また、「電子レシート」とは、電子メールや近距離無線などで顧客の自宅用PC、携帯端末、ICカード等に直接送信する「モバイルレシート」と、顧客が特定のWebアドレスにアクセスして閲覧する「Webレシート」の両方を含む。
また、「レシート発行装置」は、専用装置であっても良いし、決済処理を行うPOS(Point Of Sales)端末の一部として組み込まれた構成でも良い。また、紙レシートを発行するプリンターの一部として組み込まれた構成でも良い。
なお、Web登録の有無は、Webレシート閲覧用の顧客IDや電子メールアドレスなど、情報が登録されているか否かに応じて判別しても良い。
また、携帯端末に情報が登録されている場合、レシート発行装置が、これを取得しても良い。この構成によれば、取得した所定の情報に基づいて個人を特定できるため、決済情報と関連づけて決済処理データベース等に保存しておくことで、顧客の購買行動分析などに利用できる。
以下、本発明の第1実施形態について、添付図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。本実施形態では、本発明のレシート発行装置を、プリンタードライバー12に適用した場合について説明する。
次に、図4ないし図6を参照し、本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。上記の第1実施形態では、携帯端末2に電子レシート管理アプリケーション21がインストールされている場合、無条件に電子レシートを発行したが、本実施形態では、ユーザーが設定したレシート発行条件に応じて、紙レシートおよび/または電子レシートを発行する。以下、第1実施形態と異なる点のみ説明する。なお、本実施形態において、第1実施形態と同様の構成部分については同様の符号を付し、詳細な説明を省略する。また、第1実施形態と同様の構成部分について適用される変形例は、本実施形態についても同様に適用される。
次に、図7を参照し、本発明の第3実施形態について説明する。上記の第1,2実施形態では、プリンタードライバー12によって、判別処理およびレシート発行処理を行ったが、本実施形態では、これらをプリンター3によって行う。つまり本実施形態では、本発明のレシート発行装置を、プリンター3に適用する。以下、第1実施形態と異なる点を説明する。なお、本実施形態においても、第1実施形態と同様の構成部分については同様の符号を付し、詳細な説明を省略する。
Claims (11)
- 携帯端末に電子レシートを処理するアプリケーションがインストールされているか否かを判別する判別部と、
前記判別部の判別結果に応じて、前記電子レシートの発行の有無を決定し、決定にしたがって前記電子レシートの発行処理を行うレシート発行処理部と、を備えたことを特徴とするレシート発行装置。 - 前記判別部で前記アプリケーションが前記携帯端末にインストールされていると判別された場合、前記レシート発行処理部は、前記電子レシートの発行処理を行い、
前記判別部で前記アプリケーションが前記携帯端末にインストールされていないと判別された場合、前記レシート発行処理部は、前記電子レシートの発行処理を行わない請求項1に記載のレシート発行装置。 - 前記判別部は、前記アプリケーションで処理されるWeb登録がなされているか否かを判別し、
前記判別部で前記Web登録がなされていると判別された場合、前記レシート発行処理部は、ネットワークに接続されたサーバーに前記電子レシートを送信する前記電子レシートの発行処理を行い、
前記判別部で前記Web登録がなされていないと判別された場合、前記レシート発行処理部は、前記携帯端末に前記電子レシートを送信する前記電子レシートの発行処理を行う請求項2に記載のレシート発行装置。 - 前記判別部で前記Web登録がなされていると判別された場合、前記レシート発行処理部は、前記携帯端末に前記電子レシートを送信する前記電子レシートの発行処理を行う請求項3に記載のレシート発行装置。
- 前記判別部で前記アプリケーションが前記携帯端末にインストールされていないと判別された場合、前記レシート発行処理部は、紙レシートを発行する紙レシートの発行処理を行う請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のレシート発行装置。
- 前記アプリケーションは、前記紙レシートおよび/または前記電子レシートの発行の有無を含むレシート発行条件を設定可能であり、
前記判別部で、前記アプリケーションが前記携帯端末にインストールされていると判別された場合、前記レシート発行処理部は、前記レシート発行条件に応じて前記紙レシートの発行処理および/または前記電子レシートの発行処理を行う請求項5に記載のレシート発行装置。 - 携帯端末と通信を行い、
前記携帯端末に電子レシートを処理するアプリケーションがインストールされているか否かを判別し、
判別結果に応じて、前記電子レシートの発行の有無を決定し、
決定にしたがって、前記電子レシートを発行する電子レシートの発行処理を行うことを特徴とするレシート発行装置の制御方法。 - 前記アプリケーションが前記携帯端末にインストールされていることを判別した場合、前記電子レシートの発行処理を行い、
前記アプリケーションが前記携帯端末にインストールされていないことを判別した場合、前記電子レシートの発行処理を行わず、紙レシートを発行する紙レシートの発行処理を行う請求項7に記載のレシート発行装置の制御方法。 - 前記アプリケーションで処理されるWeb登録がなされているか否かを判別し、
前記Web登録がなされていることを判別した場合、ネットワークに接続されたサーバーに前記電子レシートを送信する前記電子レシートの発行処理を行い、
前記Web登録がなされていないことを判別した場合、前記携帯端末に前記電子レシートを送信する前記電子レシートの発行処理を行う請求項8に記載のレシート発行装置の制御方法。 - 前記Web登録がなされていることを判別した場合、前記携帯端末に前記電子レシートを送信する前記電子レシートの発行処理を行う請求項9に記載のレシート発行装置の制御方法。
- 前記アプリケーションは、前記紙レシートおよび/または前記電子レシートの発行の有無を含むレシート発行条件を設定可能であり、
前記アプリケーションが前記携帯端末にインストールされていることを判別した場合、前記レシート発行条件に応じて前記紙レシートの発行処理および/または前記電子レシートの発行処理を行う請求項7または請求項8に記載のレシート発行装置の制御方法。
