Description

SYSTEM OF NET PLANE WITH MONOBLOCK SHELL
PRINTED PLASTIC AND HIGHLY SANITIZED. FOR HOSPITALS. AND STRUCTURE OF PEDIATRIC BED THAT THE INTEGRATES AND FACILITATES ASSISTANCE TO CHILDREN
[0001] The present invention relates to a system of net - plane with monoblock shell molded in plastic material and highly sanitized, for hospital use, and a structure of the pediatric bed that integrates it and facilitates assistance to the child.
[0002] The innovation, finds particular even if not exclusive destination in hospitals, in pediatric clinics and however in all those cases where it is necessary to have at disposition a cot aimed to facilitate assistance to the child, and also highly maneuverable and sanitized.
[0003] Cots and little-beds for hospital use are part of the widespread and conventional endowment of pediatric wards. Currently on the market are available the most diverse solutions, primarily attributable to the following types:
- "trolley" cot, formed by a mobile support frame which supports a "basket" container usually made of transparent plastic material, monoblock; sometimes the frame is shaped to a "C" and fitted with castor wheels to fit snuggly under the bed of the mother and also has height and tilt adjustments;
- simple "little-bed", equipped with a net - plane apt to the support of the mattress and the side walls of protection, otherwise known as "banks", of which generally at least one is movable in such a way as to facilitate access to the child or to the mattress, being of the type with vertical bars or by a transparent sheet and also being slidable vertically in a guided manner; this category is available in the variant fixed, with support feet to the floor, or in the mobile variant, with castor wheels;
- complex "little-bed" that integrates features added, such as having the mattress plane divided into elements reclining, or having motorized adjustments, or having containers and integrated drawers on the basement or also having special aids for the care and support of the child, such as the pipes or monitor supports.
[0004] Generally, the category of "trolley" cots mounts "baskets" of small size being mainly intended for the neonatal unit, while the category of "little-bed" presents larger dimensions and it is mainly suited for hospitalization.
[0005] In some instances, said types of "little-bed" present a support frame which results assimilable by function, structure and maneuverability to a mobile trolley, sometimes with large handles, or to a mobile basement; in such cases, however, remain always included the net - plane and the side walls of protection.
[0006] In particular, the net - plane is generally of conventional type, in metal profile ring welded which supports a wire mesh, or it's structured in a composite manner, assembling a plurality of elements interconnected between them in such a way as to allow, specific movements and postures such, for example, the inclination of the mattress for the purposes of the maneuver known as "Trendelenburg" or the lifting of one end in a way like a pillow or again in a shaping way like a backrest for the sitting position.
[0007] The materials traditionally used by the industry of baby cots and beds pediatric hospital use are attributable to the soundness and wear resistance combined with maximum hygienization and safety as well as transparency of some parts, besides the typical construction requirements, such as weights and reduced product costs and also quality and high production efficiency. Generally the metal profiles are particularly suitable for the realization of frames and trolleys, while the stamped thermoplastic resins are today particularly suited to the realization of the said "baskets" and also in certain parts of the "little-beds", in replacement of the materials conventionally used previously, such as wood, veneered panels, laminates plastic or the sheet metal.
[0008] In particular, the use of molded thermoplastic polymers in the field of hospital furniture presents numerous and well-known advantages, including the lightness of the product, considerable resistance, complex shapes with integration of multiple elements and functions in such a way as to reduce the amount of junctions between the elements and also the formation of receptacles within which may residue dirt hardly removable, constituting an optimum nest of bacterial proliferation. For the purpose of sanitization, therefore, continuous elements and of large dimensions molded in a thermoplastic polymer appear to be an excellent solution; also for the purposes of industrial production a product so produced results advantageous, however, presenting the known constraint of equipment and investment. It's well known that the production of components with large dimensions through the technology of the conventional injection molding, the matrix - punch type, requires complicated molds and high tonnage presses, with investments that are often not justified by the volumes of sale.
[0009] It 'also known the utilization in the medical sector, for example to build parts of furniture such as, for example, bodies and containers, of a particular molding technology called "rotational" that allows to obtain monoblock components of large dimensions, with hollow section and continued, with also the advantage of lower complexity of the molds. In such embodiments its further reduced the amount of components and joints, in favor of an efficient hygienization.
State of the art
[0010] In the hospital setting it is seen that have long been known cots for pediatric use of the trolley type, with upper basket, and also solutions of the little-bed type with net - plane and side walls; are also known solutions of split and tilting net - plane and even mobile sides, sometimes with motorized movements.
[0011] In the patent literature are traced some solutions of cots and little- beds for pediatric use designed to facilitate the assistance of the child, or allow special postures. Among the solutions traced, by way of example we quote the following:
Dl : US6684420 (Koenig et al.)
D2: GB2429400 (Treen et al.)
D3: US6751815 (Heimbrock et at.)
D4: US2003/0135923 (Godin et al.) D5: WO2008/036668 (Hallock et at.)
D6: GB2451832 (Hardy)
D7: FR2932071 (Nivet)
D8: US3780387 (Propst et al.)
[0012] In Dl it's described a complex system of pediatric bed formed by a multifunction basement provided with compartments and mounted on pivoting wheels, including an upper net - plane on which the mattress rests, and also forming the support of four angular rigid elements, including rails, apt to support the banks sliding vertically, being of the type with vertical bars or by continuous transparent sheet; the system is equipped with motorized movements.
[0013] D2 proposes a complex system of cot pediatric by fixed basement provided with a net - plane with variable height by the means of a movement of the pantograph type, also motorized and with control panel apt to handle different adjustments; the walls are shaped and fixed, partially transparent, of self-supporting type without angle brackets.
[0014] D3 describes a pediatric cot, of the basement on wheels type with central columns that support the support element of the net - plan being connected to a system of mechanical movements to allow different adjustments and postures, locked by means of pedals, and also equipped with side banks.
[0015] D4 and D5 propose a structure of little-bed frame with mobile banks, substantially of known and conventional type, being also characterized by a net - plane of the segmented type and folding in such a way as to allow particular postures, for example, with the torso and knees raised, the system is controlled by crank mechanisms or motorized.
[0016] In D6 it's described a children's box structure of closed angular chassis-type, convertible into a little-bed with a mattress, characterized by continuous lateral walls and transparent, possibly equipped with holes to facilitate ventilation.
[0017] D7 added proposes an added device for adjusting the posture, of the manual type by removable insertion between the mattress and the net - plane - network, being constituted by two flat elements rigid and thin, hinged along the long side like a book, having an intermediate element "C" shaped with function of spacer, hinged to the end on the inner face of one of said flat elements in such a way as to engage on the dentures fixed on the opposite element. State of the art most relevant
[0018] D8 proposes a structure of complex pediatric cot, of the type suspended on the support frame by adjustable height and motorized, mounted on wheels, with the long side walls which are inclined inward for safety, being of the type of roll-up on roller and sliding on lateral guides, and with the short side walls that are by rigid transparent sheet; in particular, is equipped with a net - plane foldable and adjustable combined with a mattress with differentiated sections with also preferential fold lines. That said net - plane is structured with double metal frame, being the lower frame planar continuous with function of main support of the net - plane and also of anchorage to the frame of the little-bed on predetermined positions, at example horizontal or with particular inclinations for healing purposes, by means of two external big-handles head placed and integral with said bottom frame being inserted on slotted metal plates and fixed to the supporting frame of the cot in correspondence of the short sides so as to enable staff to perform from the outside the known maneuvers said of Trendelenburg. The said lower frame supports an articulated upper frame, mechanically bound to it or recumbent on suitable shaped recesses, being arranged to support the mattress and the child in particular postures such as, for example, with the back and the knees raised.
[0019] All things considered it is therefore reasonable to assume known: a structure of cot by a metal trolley with monoblock basket of plastic material, employed for hospital use;
a structure of pediatric bed by simple frame, of suspended type or by basement, also height adjustable, equipped with support feet or castors wheels, employed for hospital use;
- a pediatric bed facility equipped with mobile side walls, vertically sliding on rails or guides;
- a system of net - plane for pediatric little-beds of the continuous plane type or by simple metallic frame with central net - plane, also split into reclining parts, or even by double-frame superimposed including a lower support structure, tiltable for the purpose of the Trendelenburg, and of a split upper frame and movable in such a way as to support the mattress with particular postures;
- removable devices for adjusting the inclination, to be inserted between the mattress and the net - plane, consisting of two flat elements book hinged with an intermediate spacer element which engages on dentures in predetermined positions.
Drawbacks
[0020] The solutions of the net - plane now mentioned, with the structures of pediatric bed apt to integrate them, perform effectively the function of supporting the mattress and also allow complex postures and particular inclinations such as, for example, the maneuvers of Trendelenburg; in particular, are encountered techniques designed to facilitate the movements or adjustments such as, for example, head big-handles or motorizations.
[0021] The fact remains, however, that the solutions described above result of not easy and complete sanitation through conventional instruments used in hospitals for daily cleaning of beds and cots, being the net - plan and also the little-bed structure apt of integrate it made so complex and multi - component, with a quantity of connections and recesses which constitute receptacle for the bacteria. Moreover, the simultaneous presence of inhomogeneous materials such as, for example, metal, plastic or tissues, and also the different structure of the surfaces being, for example, smooth or embossed, continuous or perforated, or mesh, are sometimes an obstacle to the daily cleaning operations, also for the use of diversified products and tools.
[0022] In particular are not found among the known solutions of net - planes for pediatric beds for hospital use made of plastic material with monoblock structure, also including the head big-handles for handling and also of tiltable type for the Trendelenburg maneuvering, being the type easily sanitized.
[0023] Similarly are not found solutions of net - planes for pediatric beds for hospital use with monoblock structure that integrate a portion of movable plane in order to recline part of the mattress, for example in the form of backrest, being made of plastic material and also easily sanitized.
[0024] Moreover, are not found little-beds for pediatric use with head side walls shaped and crossed freely by the big-handles of a mobile net - plane for the purposes of handling, which are realized with a side cover shell in plastic "U" shaped and with a transparent tamponage of the easily removable type for the purpose of the insertion of the plane and also for the purpose of access to the child, being easily sanitized and also of modern design.
[0025] Another drawback in the systems and techniques adopted to date, is that the components that participate in the assembly of the configuration of a pediatric bed for hospital use, inclusive of mobile net - plane and finalized to facilitate assistance at the child, do not allow a rationalization of production costs and management of the product codes.
[0026] A further drawback, in systems and techniques adopted to date, concerns the safety, in particular the fact that sometimes the processing of materials imply not radiused corners and edges, and also the fact that in some solutions where the floor is tilted in the manner of backrest the child can climb and fall behind, not being sometimes present protections below.
[0027] Again a drawback concerns the mechanisms for moving the movable parts, for example to raise or recline the backrest, or to change the height of the net - plane or to perform the maneuvers of Trendelenburg, or even to unlock the vertical sliding of the side walls, operations which are generally not very easy and tiring for the single operator who must perform them daily a plurality of times, even without removing the child from the net -plane.
[0028] Again a drawback concerns the fact that the complex solutions with adjustments and movements, for example of height or inclination, which result facilitated by means of mechanisms assisted by electric motors need of connection to the electricity network, resulting limiting in displacements besides leading to an increase of weight and costs.
[0029] There is therefore the need by businesses of the field to identify optimal solutions to achieve the following pre-set goals.
Summary of the invention
[0030] This and other purposes are reached with the present innovation according to the characteristics of the included claims, solving the mentioned problems by means of a system net - plane 10 for hospital use, comprising at least: a monoblock shell 101 obtained by rotational molding of plastic material and highly sanitized, two co-molded big-handles 102 protruding, a housing 104 falling to integrate a backrest 105 adjustable and reclining. The said system net - plane 10 is included in the structure of the pediatric little-bed 20 which comprises: a system net - plane 10, a mobile base 201, an intermediate frame 205 and corner posts 203, two support elements 40 by height adjustable in an independent way, two short side walls 210 formed by a fixed frame 220 with transparent and removable tamponage 230, two long side walls 240 also vertically sliding. The invention facilitates the assistance to the child and sanitation, allows a modern design and is manufactured easily and economically.
Purposes
[0031] Through the considerable creative contribution whose effect represents an immediate technical progress are attained different purposes.
[0032] Firstly, are facilitated the operations of cleaning both ordinary and extraordinary, resulting highly sanitized.
[0033] Secondly, are facilitated the operations of assistance to the child both from the medical personnel as from the paramedical personnel, for example to perform the maneuvers of Trendelenburg, for moving the little-bed or remove the side walls.
[0034] Thirdly, is obtained a net - plane supporting monoblock in plastic material by means of rotational molding in such a way as to achieve a lightweight, easily transportable, cost-effective and at the same time robust, devoid of receptacles where they can settle agents pathogens. In particular, thanks to the presence of rounded edges achievable solely by the molding process, it is particularly suitable for pediatric use and lends itself to all those operations that concern the disinfection of the ordinary type as well as extraordinary. The added components are integrated in such a way as not to hinder these operations.
[0035] A further purpose consists in that it forms a net - plane that integrates from the mold, in a monoblock manner, lateral containment elements of the mattress in order to keep it in the correct position even during handling or in the inclined positions. [0036] Still another purpose is to obtain molded big-handles, seats and housings.
[0037] A further purpose is to provide a system of net - plane monocoque comprising a movable part and adjustable, in the manner of backrest, integrated and constrained in it, which is easily liftable at the end, in order to obtain different angles, and also results highly sanitized; said angles, by way of example, being at minimum inclination for the rest, greater inclination for the intake of foods or even with particular inclinations to carry therapeutic function.
[0038] Again another purpose is to increase the safety of the child, for example, are eliminated sharp edges and is also reduced contact with metallic elements, favoring the large continuous surfaces of plastic; moreover, is eliminated the risk of falling of the child behind the backrest; in particular, is satisfied the compliance of the product to the most stringent regulations.
[0039] A further purpose, is related to the fact that the finished and assembled product results extremely maneuverable, allows agile and fast movements in handling by the staff assistant, even without motorizations.
[0040] Still another purpose is related to the fact that, in cases of emergency, prior retraction and fast removal of the head tamponages, it is possible to perform resuscitation.
[0041] A further purpose is to provide a finished product with a modern and refined design, also easily customized from the point of view of color.
[0042] Another purpose is attributable to the fact that the number of components that participate in the realization of the finished product are extremely contained, especially simplifying and improving ease the management of the storage product codes; also the constructive configuration provided allows an easy and rapid production, by contained cost.
[0043] These and other advantages will appear from the following detailed description of the preferred solution with the help of the enclosed schematic drawings whose execution details are not to be considered limitative but only illustrative. Drawing content

Practical realization of the invention
[0044] This and other purposes are reached with the present innovation according to the characteristics of the included claims, solving the mentioned problems by means of an innovative system of net - plane 10, otherwise referred net - plane, with supporting body of monoblock type molded in plastic material, and a structure of pediatric bed 20 designed to integrate it, for hospital use (Figs. 1 and 9).
[0045] The said net - plane 10 is advantageously made with the technology of rotational molding that allows to obtain directly from the mold monoblock components, of massive conformation, rigidly structured with closed and continuous sections; also being lightweight, hollow inside and with a thickness of the plastic material substantially constant. In particular, this technology applied to the specific component allows to obtain the following main advantages: mass-pigmented particular molded in various colors and UV-resistant, free of sharp corners and cutting edges; can be easily disinfected and cleaned because all surfaces and angles are rounded and there are no edges or seams; can be molded with antibacterial integrated by mass; very shock resistant and non-dischargeable; lightweight and at the same time with structure very stable and resistant; surfaces present finishing that facilitate to the maximum the cleaning, edges, seats and housing are integrated and not reported. Furthermore, the use of rotational molding technology reduces the amount of assembly components and, consequently, of investment, codes of stock and of working, resulting industrially economical both from the point of view strictly of production, and from the management point of view.
[0046] The materials that are best suited to such technology, for this type of components, are by way of non-limiting example, the Polyethylene or Polypropylene.
[0047] The said net - plane 10 integrates a plurality of functional elements in a monoblock manner (Figs. 3 and 7), obtained from the mold without solution of continuity, including being at least of: a supporting body 101 which integrates the support plane of the mattress; two big-handles 102 protruding from both short sides of said body 101; the arms 103 which act also as raised edges in the vicinity of the angled, in a manner of banks; the shaped seats, including the housing 104 in downward for the wire accommodating of the backrest reel iner 105, the housing seats of the base 111 and the brackets 41.
[0048] The big-handles 102 protrude outwards, in order to escape through the rear-end of the removable and shaped tamponages 230, in correspondence of the short sides of the little-bed 20 which integrates the said net - plane 10 (Figs. 8 and 9), and also extend towards the top with respect to the supporting plane of the mattress 60, in such a way as to allow a broader and easier grip with both hands for pushing or handling by the operator, even reducing the effort and the bend of the trunk being at a favorable height and of considerable width, substantially equal to the width of the same net - plane. The said big-handles include the side arms 103 of support, which are raised with respect to the supporting plane, thus acting as a lateral sides of containment of the mattress 60 as extending from the angled toward the center of the long sides, integrating.
[0049] The monoblock body 101 presents the supporting plane of the mattress and the rear surface that are shaped three-dimensionally so as to form transverse ribs 118 and longitudinal ribs 119, also with through holes 122 of boxed type; said ribs and said holes being in surface continuity and structurally cooperating in such a way as to increase the structural rigidity and improve the ventilation. In the preferential constructive configuration (Figs. 1 - 6), the resting surface of the mattress presents the said transverse ribs 118 which are shaped as slats, delimiting surfaces portions substantially plane and parallel, to at least two different levels reciprocally rising 120 and falling 121, also integrating the shape of said through holes 122. Such shaping in warping substantially transversal integrates with the conformation and rear perimeter of said supporting body 101 which presents warping of longitudinal type, with ribs 119 arranged longitudinally in the manner of parallel longitudinal members in continuity with said big-handles 102 and the arms 103, with also a further decrease in the manner of increased rib which extends longitudinally along the central band of said body.
[0050] The reclining backrest 105 is a component added (Figs. 2, 3) which is made for materials and molding technology, in a similar way to the body 101, also inclusive of transverse ribs 118 and the through holes 122, in such a way as to maintain aesthetic uniformity and performance of said body; in the preferential constructive configuration and in accordance with the said body 101, the ribs 118 are shaped as transverse slats delimiting parts raising 120 and falling 121 which integrate the holes 122. Said backrest 105 is supported by the arm 112 which is of type extendable and adjustable, for example of the telescopic piston type or of the gas spring type, being joined at the back in correspondence of the median longitudinal through hinge constraint. Similarly, the said arm 112 is also coupled to the body 101 by means of the shaped plate 113, which functions as a base, which is inserted in the seat 111 formed by mold. In the preferential constructive configuration the arm 112 is equipped with a locking - unlocking mechanical release system comprising the external actuation lever 115 that rotates by pulling a sheathed cable 117 of conventional type, by releasing the gas spring of the backrest; said lever 115 being preferably double for convenience of use (Fig. 8), mounted on brackets welded to the intermediate frame 205 and inserted with slight interference, the subsequent fitting of the side wall keeps the lever in the proper seat.
[0051] The backrest 105 is easily lifted by an operator, for the purposes of rotation, by means of the big-handle 106 which is formed by molding at the correspondence of the head edge; is also perforated longitudinally in correspondence of the edge to be secured to the body 101, being shaped to like a hinge and joined to the housing 104 via the metal pin 109 which is inserted into the holes 110 in the manner of hinge, allowing the rotation. Said backrest 105 is provided in correspondence of each of the side edges of at least one protrusion 116, shaped like a fin facing upwards so as to effectively contain the mattress 60 keeping it in the correct position, also in inclined backrest, and moreover such as to support on the outer surface an automatic inclination indicator 114, for example of the ball type movable on a rail with notches, being useful and readily visible during adjustment by the operator (Figs. 2, 3, 12 and 13 ). We remind that a clear vision of the angle of inclination is useful in many clinical conditions such as, for example, respiratory problems, pneumonia or increased intracranial pressure.
[0052] The bottom 107 of the housing 104 is closed (Figs. 3 and 5), in such a way as to minimize the risk of entrapment and also such that the space inside the little-bed results closed and protected, even at backrest raised, in particular such expedients meet the current standards of safety and risks of entrapment. Furthermore, the surfaces are continuous and radiused to avoid any trauma to a child accidentally fallen behind the backrest 105, and also to facilitate sanitation; on said bottom 107 is preferably present a hole for the discharge of eventual liquid residues.
[0053] In particular, the said net - plane 10 is supported by two support elements 40 (Figs. 6, 7 and 8) which are fixed with the hinge constraint on the lower side of the body 101 along the median longitudinal axis in correspondence of the head and of the feet, shaped in the manner of columns adjustable in height independently in order to easily tilt the net - plane as needed, for example in predetermined positions for therapeutic purposes.
[0054] The system of net - plane 10 made as described is advantageously integrated in the structure of pediatric bed 20, so as to facilitate assistance to the child (Figs. 8 to 13), the said bed 20 comprising at least:
a) the system of such net - plane 10;
b) a supporting base 201, of the.type with a mobile trolley;
c) an intermediate frame 205, fixed horizontally on the base 201, the supporting corner posts 203 and the net - plane 10; d) two support elements 40 joined with the hinge constraint to the body 101 at the rear, by means of brackets 41, in correspondence of the head or the feet;
e) locking means - locking 50 which regulate independently the height of the support elements 40;
f) two short side walls 210, with fixed frame 220 shaped like a "U" and removable tamponage 230 transparent at reentrant shaping 231 for moving the net - plane 10;
g) means for locking - unlocking the tamponage 230, of the type with rotating lever 221;
h) two long side walls 240 sliding with transparent tamponage 244; i) means for locking - unlocking 250 of the sliding wall 240.
[0055] The said system of net - plane 10 and the structure 20 that includes pediatric bed, being made as described, facilitate child assistance and optimize sanitation. In particular, the net - plane 10 combined with the innovative side walls 210, 240 and to the advantageous locking - unlocking release systems of movements allows the operator to easily and safely perform all adjustments of height and tilt required for a pediatric use such as, for example, the known maneuvers of Trendelenburg and anti- Trendelenburg (Figs. 12 and 13), the net - plane 10 integrated in the bed 20 also allows you to push or pull the bed with ease over long distances. The large surfaces of plastic material are generally continuous and without sharp corners, with a limited number of joints and recesses, facilitating the operations of sanitizing.
[0056] The supporting structure of the pediatric bed 20 (Figs. 8 and 9) is of the trolley type being formed by a supporting basement 201 which is movable, consisting of a metal frame mounted on wheels 202, and may be covered by a protective fairing 204 easily sanitized, preferably made from a single piece of plastic material such as, for example, the thermoplastic polymer Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene. Said wheels 202 provide maximum stability to the bed in all its conditions of use: both stationary and during the displacement; in a preferential constructive configuration are installed twin wheels of 125 mm of the castor type in order to obtain maximum maneuverability and also ensure good stability. Two wheels fit preferably a brake lever easily operable with a foot, of conventional type. The wheels 202 may possibly be of a different type, also combined, being by way of non-limiting example: single or twin, with a diameter of 125 or 150 mm, with or without a braking device.
[0057] The said basement 201 supports an intermediate frame 205, of the rectangular type with metal profiles, which is fixed horizontally in such a way as to support the side walls 210 and 240 by way of the corner posts 203, joined vertically at the corners of said frame 205 , and also supports the net - plane 10 through the adjustable supports 40.
[0058] The said support elements 40 (Figs. 6 and 7) in the preferential constructive configuration are composed of two metal tubes 40a, 40b welded orthogonally so as to configure a "T". In particular, the horizontal element 40a is joined with the hinge constraint on the lower side of the body 101 by means of brackets 41 so that the vertical element 40b serve as a central supporting column arranged on the median axis of the longitudinal body 101 in correspondence of the feet and the head. The two elements 40b are constrained in a sliding manner to the structure of the little-bed 20 by means of sliding bushings 42, for example cylindrical, which are fixed to said frame 205 in correspondence of the feet and of the head (Fig. 8). In an alternative embodiment the said support elements 40 may be of extendable type and servo - assisted, for example, with telescopic arms or gas springs, also servo - assisted by means of electric motor.
[0059] In particular, the little-bed 20 is provided with means for locking - unlocking 50 combined with the said bushings 42, being double, one for each short side, and acts to interfere with the sliding of the element 40b in an independent manner in order to easily adjust height and inclination of the net - plane 10 by an operator, also in predetermined positions, such as for example in the maneuvers of Trendelenburg (Figs. 8 to 13). The said means 50 are preferably of the mechanical and conventional type, with external actuation lever 51 large and easily accessible, being fixed to the chassis 205 centrally on the median axis, in the vicinity of the big-handle 102 and below it; said means 50 being, for example, comprehensive of leverages and movable pins which engage on the holes 43 made on a regular pitch along the vertical element 40b (Fig. 7).
[0060] The two short side walls 210 (figs. 14 - 18) are individually constituted by a fixed frame 220, shaped as a "U" and made of plastic material in monoblock body; the said frame is supported by the corner posts 203 which are housed in the relative seats 226 formed in downward from the mold, and also is joined to the frame 205 by means of fasteners elements 227. Said frame 220 comprises a transparent tamponage 230 that is removable in order to facilitate access to the child by the head side or by the foot side, and also for the purpose of integrating the said net - plane 10. In particular, said tamponage 230 is shaped with falling side profiles 231 in such a way as to permit the free crossing and sliding of the arms 103 for the purpose of the movements, being united in continuity to the big-handles 102 which are placed on the outside and also integrated in encumbrance of the little-bed (Figs. 9 - 10). The said tamponage 230 is made of a plastic material suitable for the purpose such as, for example, in Polymethylmethacrylate.
[0061] In particular, the fixed frame 220 is provided with means of locking - unlocking the tamponage 230 comprising the rotating lever 221, also with an integrated spring apt to maintain it in position completely closed or completely open; the said lever 221 is fixed to the frame 220 on the rotation fulcrum 224, and is shaped at the end in the manner of tooth 223 in such a way as to engage on the hole 232 formed on said tamponage 230. The said means are double and placed symmetrically in correspondence with the opposite angled, at the top. The removal and repositioning of said tamponage 230 are facilitated by the centering guided by means of the side rails 222 integrated derived from mold and from bushings 225 which are positioned in correspondence of the lower edge, being preferably of the stud protruding type. The tamponage 230 may be equipped with one or more openings 233, for example in the form of a large hole in the vicinity of the upper edge, being shaped in such a way as to facilitate the grip, favoring the aeration or for decorative purposes.
[0062] The long side walls 240 (figs. 19 - 22) present a structure by perimeter frame with fixed transparent tamponage; said frame is composed of horizontally by metallic elements 261, which serve as supporting core and include the top cover 241 and bottom cover 242 of plastic material; laterally is composed of the shaped elements 243, made of aluminum, which integrate the mechanisms 250 of block - release, the gas spring 260 and also serve as fitting. Internally, said wall 240 mounts a tamponage 244 in transparent sheet, also perforated for ventilation and for reasons of design, made of plastic material suitable for the purpose.
[0063] In particular, the said lateral walls 240 are of the type sliding vertically, being constrained to the guide rails 255 by means of the slotted brackets 257 and the mechanism 250 which is of the pressure type with axial sliding being comprehensive of a movable tab 251 integral with the pin 252 having shaped head 254, in tension by means of the spring 253 (Fig. 21). Said tab 251 is designed to engage the grooves in the notch 256 made in predetermined positions on the side guide 255, which is parallel to and integral with the corner upright 203. In a preferential constructive configuration vertical scrolling is of servo - assisted type by means of gas springs 260 located internally to the shaped elements 243. In particular, said mechanisms 250 are double for safety reasons and for structural balance, being positioned symmetrically at the top on the opposite edges and actuated simultaneously.
