Abstract

According to the present invention, a minimally invasive surgical instrument for spinal fixation comprises: a spinal fixing screw with a head having a rod-accommodation groove formed therein; two or more screw insertion tubes for guiding the spinal fixing screw to a spinal bone of a patient; and a sleeve tube which is accommodated in at least one of the two or more screw insertion tubes, and which has a sleeve for covering at least a portion of an open upper side of the rod-accommodation groove so as to prevent the rod placed in the rod-accommodation groove from escaping the rod-accommodation groove.
