Abstract

This invention is directed to an intelligent monitoring system using the mobile communication network. The monitor intercommunicates with the phone through all generations of mobile communication network such as 2G> 3G^ 4G. The monitor is a kind of mobile communication device equipped with VOX circuit, camera, mobile phone SIM card, embedded control software and phone numbers. When a sound is made, the microphone picks up audio signal which is converted to electronic signal by the audio frequency circuit. If the electronic signal surpasses the electronic threshold preset in the circuit, the monitor will call the phone numbers preset inside, and the interactive conversation and image transferring will be carried out. The phone calls the monitor initiatively, the embeded software will instruct the monitor to answer the call automatically, the interactive conversation and image transferring will be carried out. The phone sends the text message to the monitor, then the camera of monitor controlled by the embeded software shoots, and the monitor sends the photo to the phone in the way of multimedia message.

FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE
This disclosure is directed to an intelligent monitoring system using the mobile communication network.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The monitor is a kind of wildly used consumer electronics in Europe and America in recent twenty years, mainly employed in family, asylum of the aged, sanitarium, hospital and so on, for the wardship to the babies, the elder, and the patients. The traditional monitor is a short distance wireless transceiver, with a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter device is set beside the children, the elder and the patient, and the receiver is set by the guardians. As the transmission between the transmitter and the receiver is the direct wireless radio frequency point-to-point transmission communication without repeater station, the effect of communication and the distance are always attenuated and interfered by the buildings and environment. And the effective range is just less than hundreds of meters. When the effective range is surpassed, the monitor can not work. Moreover the effective communication only happens in the condition that the transmitter and the receiver work in the corresponding frequency, therefore it is essentially necessary to regulate the correspondence frequency between the transmitter and the receiver, and the users also need to regulate frequency to guarantee the effective monitoring, which causes the complicated production process, inconvenient usage, and the radio frequency interference among the neighboring users.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The technology problem solved by the invention is to change the point-to-point communication method of the traditional monitoring; to expand the traditional monitoring effective range of several hundred meters to anywhere covered by the mobile communication network. The monitoring terminal, with the function of interactive conversation, simple production process, convenient usage, interference-free, becomes an unique new function product in monitor market. The beneficial effect of the invention is: when applying the intelligent monitoring system using the mobile communication network, only a monitoring terminal is needed, and the receiver device is the phone. MODE OF CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The monitoring terminal is a kind of monitor (1) which is equipped with mobile phone SIM card(12), camera(l l), microphone(14), VOX function key(13), an embeded special control software and with several phone numbers preset. The camera(l l) and the microphone(14) are similar to the ones of the transmitter of the traditional monitor. The microphone(14) is used to pick up the sound. The camera(l l) is for shooting. The VOX function key(13) is to turn on and off the VOX function module. The mobile phone SIM card is distributed by the mobile phone operators.
When the monitor(l) turns on, just like an ordinary working mobile phone, the communication module of the monitor(l) exchanges the data with the SIM card(12) to get the phone number information and the identification information which are sent to the mobile communication network, then the network estimates the effectiveness of the information and sends it back to the monitor(l), then the connection is set up between the monitor(l) and the mobile communication network.
Controlled by the embeded software, there are three ways of establishing the intercommunication between the monitor and the phone.
The first way is that the monitor(l) calls the phone(2) initiatively. The VOX function key(13) of the monitor is set to turn on or off the VOX function module. When the VOX function key(13) is turned on, and a sound is made, the microphone(14) will pick up the sound; then the audio frequency circuit converts the sound signal to electronic signal which is sent to the communication module. When the electronic signal surpasses the electronic threshold preset in the VOX function module, the embeded software will instruct the communication module to connect the mobile communication network and dial phone numbers preset in the communication module.
If the first phone number dialed can not be reached, the monitor will dial the second number automatically, and the like. Once the call is answered, the communication of the monitor(l), mobile communication network and the phone(2) will establish. Then the sound signals are converted to electronic signals by the audio frequency circuit and loaded on the communication module, and sent to the phone(2) through mobile communication network. Then the phone holder can monitor the situation of the location where the monitor is laid. The monitor(l) and the phone(2) can have an interactive conversation, and the phone holder can also see the image information on the phone(2).
If a sound is made ceaselessly, the monitor(l) will keep on calling the phone(2). When there is no need to answer the call, the phone holder can send text message, such as "shut down" to the monitor(l), then the VOX function will be closed, and then the monitor(l) will not call out. The text messages is preset in the communication module of the monitor(l). The consumers should carry out the operation following the user instruction booklet of the monitor.
When the VOX function key is turned off, the monitor can not call up the phone.
The second way is that the phone calls the monitor(l) initiatively. When the phone holder wishes to check the condition of the location where the monitor(l) is laid, he can dial the SIM card number of the monitor(l). Instructed by the embeded software, the communication module will answer the call automatically, and the communication of the monitor(l), mobile communication network and the phone(2) will set up, and the monitor(l) and the phone(2) can have an interactive conversation. Moreover, the phone holder can see the image of the location. After the phone holder has checked the condition of the location where the monitor is laid, he/she can hang up the phone(2) to cut off the connection.
The third way is that the phone holder can see the picture of the location where the monitor is laid by sending text message, such as "photo" to the SIM card number of the monitor. The monitor(l) receives the message, the embeded software instructs the communication module to turn on the camera(l l), the camera(l l) shoots and the communication module sends the photo to the phone(2) in the way of multimedia, then the phone holder can monitor the condition of the location where the monitor is laid. The text messages is preset in the communication module of the monitor(l). The consumers should carry out the operation following the user instruction booklet of the monitor.
