DESCRIPCIÓN  DESCRIPTION
SISTEMA CONSTRUCTIVO. Objeto de la invención CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM. Object of the invention
The present invention relates to a constructive system, of the type comprising prismatic blocks, provided with vertical holes defining in said blocks upper mouths and lower mouths; for the realization of diverse constructions, such as walls and partitions.
Campo de aplicación de la invención. Field of application of the invention.
The construction system is applicable in the construction sector.
Antecedentes de la invención. Background of the invention.
At present there are a large number of construction systems, but the most widespread include mainly the use of forged materials, such as mortar, for the preparation of walls and vertical elements.
For example, a very extended construction system also uses prefabricated concrete blocks, which have a substantially prismatic shape, provided with vertical holes that define upper mouths and lower mouths. For the formation of a wall or other vertical structural element, the horizontally aligned blocks are arranged and these rows are stacked in a cross or "joint" form, using a layer of mortar, or fragrable paste, between said blocks so that once they have set according to a solid structure
This construction system presents several problems, since the use of concrete or fragile pastes requires a previous kneading, is dirty and requires a setting time before the construction is considerable resistant. This causes the construction to be slow and require specialized personnel. In addition, it is common for water and electricity installations to be placed on the walls, among others, through pipes and passage pipes. This requires the realization of regattas and grooves in the walls once they have been built, which increases the work, the cost of the work and the waste generated.
Another known problem is that the constructions made with prefabricated blocks joined with concrete are not very stable in case of earthquakes and earthquakes, since the concrete paste tends to take off against tensile stresses, reducing its robustness and even collapsing all the building.
The applicant of the present invention is unaware of the existence of a background that satisfactorily solves the exposed problem, which significantly reduces the cost of construction and its realization by non-specialized personnel.
Descripción de la invención Description of the invention
The constructive system of this invention has technical particularities intended to provide speed, economy, and cleanliness at the time of construction, with simple and easy to handle means, providing the ability to make robust and anti-seismic constructions.
The construction system is of the type that includes substantially prismatic blocks provided with vertical holes that define in said blocks upper mouths and lower mouths.
According to the invention, the system comprises flat joining plates, intended to be positioned between the blocks corresponding to consecutive rows of the construction to be performed. Said joining plates have on the upper and lower surfaces coupling extensions in the corresponding lower and upper mouths of the blocks. In the areas delimited by these extensions, there are first vertical holes for mounting adjusted in vertical position of bars that fix the different joining plates arranged between different rows of blocks, and a few second holes for the passage of various conduits; forming the joint plates together with the bars a constitutive structure of the means for holding the blocks in the mounting position.
Thus, the construction system allows the elaboration of walls and other construction elements without the need to use concrete, or forged pastes. This constructive system is clean since it only requires the assembly of the pieces in an orderly manner. The construction made is robust immediately as it is done. The assembly is fast, reducing the working time and does not require specialized personnel for its execution.
The bars inserted tightly in the first holes form a cage or vertical framework that contributes to the horizontal robustness of the rows of connecting plates between the blocks. This two-dimensional fabric provides anti-seismic resistance to the construction made, since although said construction moves violently, the blocks do not move together.
The second holes for the conduits allow the realization of the installations of electricity, communications and others, as the wall or construction is carried out thus avoiding subsequent important works.
The construction system now recommended has a very considerable cost savings, eliminating the need to make the fragmented paste or concrete with which the blocks are joined in a conventional way.
In addition, the reduction of tools used in the production of concrete also affects the investment needed to build a construction.
In one embodiment, the joining plates have an outer contour coinciding with the plan projection of the outer contour of a block. In another embodiment the joining plates have an outer contour coinciding with the plan projection of the outline of a set of blocks aligned and facing the sides.
The extensions defined on the upper and lower surfaces of the joining plates are formed by annular walls, perpendicular to the surface of the joining plate. This configuration of the extensions facilitates the assembly, since they act as self-centering elements and eliminate tolerances in the assembly and adjustment of the blocks. The joining plates are made of a plastic material, which facilitates their industrialization with a low cost per unit. Furthermore, the realization of said plastic joining plates improves the quality of finishing and adjustment. The plastic acts of insulating material and is very robust and mechanically stable.
In one embodiment, the joining plates have at least one lateral extension protruding from the vertical plane defined by one of the sides of the blocks coupled thereto, and comprising means for fastening a ventilated facade.
The fastening means in the lateral extensions allow the placement of the ventilated façade plates directly to the wall that is being built simultaneously.
