Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of kitchen utensils and solves a problem of a construction of a kitchen apparatus for vacuum packing of food products. Due to the upper part of the apparatus being simply guided on the guides of the lower, support part, the apparatus has small dimensions. The essence of the construction of the vacuum and welding apparatus for packing food products of the invention lies in that the lower part of the apparatus is shaped like a wide letter U having in the vertical parts two grooves for a guide of the upper part of the apparatus, where functional parts of the apparatus are arranged. The apparatus is characterised in that it is small and that the upper part always moves only downwards and/or upwards as well as in that a process of sucking air from a bag filled with a food product is carried out when the upper part is in contact with the bottom of the lower part of the apparatus.
Description
Vacuum and welding apparatus for packing food products
Field of Invention
The subject of the invention belongs to the field of kitchen utensils, more precisely to the field of apparatuses for vacuum packing of food products.
Technical Problem
A technical problem is a constructional solution to an apparatus for vacuum packing of food products in a household that will occupy little space on a kitchen desk or work surface due to its system of operation. The apparatus will therefore be constantly placed on the kitchen desk, which will increase its applicability. The apparatus should be placed on a surface with a second smallest dimension of its shape and it should, when in operation, only be moved up and down in its own shape. The apparatus should be operable in its lower position, in which it vacuums and welds a filled bag. A constructional solution solved by the invention is a simple guiding of the upper part of the apparatus along guides of the bottom, support part.
Prior Art
Patent bases contain solutions to sucking air out of bags with the goal of welding the same eventually. Patent YU 31480 of 21 January 1983 discloses a solution of a kitchen utensil for vacuuming and packing of food products. This apparatus is constructed in a way that its lower base part is provided with a vacuum pump and a welding thread. When a bag containing a food product is placed on the lower part of the apparatus, the bag is welded by means of the movable part. This solution differs from the present solution in that the apparatus is arranged with all its functional parts within a housing provided in the centre a welding portion displaceable up to 90°.
Patent US 4941310 owned by TILIA INC discloses a solution of an apparatus for vacuuming and sealing of bags containing a food product, said solution being
characterised in that the bottom part of the apparatus is provided with a nozzle for air suction and sealing of a bag by means of the upper part fastened into a horizontal shaft and movable in an arch of about 90°.
JP5051014 (A) of the company FUNAI ELECTRIC CO discloses a solution to an apparatus for vacuum sealing of food products. The apparatus is provided in its lower part by functional attachment pieces as a majority of such apparatuses. This solution is characterised in that the bottom part of the apparatus is provided with all necessary attachment pieces for air suctioning and the apparatus has an upper movable part used to weld the bag. The movement of the movable part up and down is limited by a shaft lying parallel to the floor plan of the apparatus. The upper part can move within a range of 90° , which is the main difference from the solution of the invention.
Patent application US2006218885 owned by TILIA INT INC discloses an appliance for vacuum sealing a storage bag including a vacuum chamber for accepting an open end of the bag. The receptacle is pivotally secured to the base and rotatable relative thereto during the operation of the apparatus. The apparatus has several variants and is characterised in that it occupies little space in a position for apparatus storage. The present invention occupies little space both in a position when in use or in a position when stored.
Description of a Solution to the Technical Problem
The essence of the construction of the vacuum and welding apparatus for packing food products of the invention lies in that the lower part of the apparatus is shaped like a wide letter U having in the vertical parts two grooves for a guide of the upper part of the apparatus, where functional parts of the apparatus are arranged. The apparatus is characterised in that it is small and that the upper part always moves only downwards and/or upwards as well as in that a process of sucking air from a bag filled with a food product is carried out when the upper part is in contact with the bottom of the lower part of the apparatus.
The vacuum and welding apparatus for packing food products of the invention will be described in more detail in the continuation by way of figures, showing in:
Figure 1 - Outer appearance of the apparatus when ready for vacuuming and welding
Figure 2 - Outer appearance of the apparatus in operating position for vacuuming and welding a bag
Figure 3 - Apparatus assembly
The vacuum and welding apparatus for packing food products of the invention is constructed in a way that a support 1a of the lower part 1 of the apparatus is provided on each lateral side with sides 1b and 1c. The bottom of the support 1a is shaped in a way that it may be provided with anti-slip elements, so that the apparatus cannot move when in operation and does not damage the work surface. The sides 1b and 1c are shaped in a way to have a quarter-circular passage from said support 1a and are shaped semi-circularly at the upper part.
Along the vertical side 1b there are arranged a spring support 1f, a groove 1g for delimiting the movement of the upper part of the apparatus and a spacer 1 h. A spring 1j is arranged into the support 1f, said spring being fastened in the upper part to a guide 1k. The rectangular part of a guide k' is connected through the groove 1g with an upper part 8 of the vacuum apparatus into an inseparable unit through grooves 8a on lateral sides. An upper part 1k" of the guide k allows to fasten same under a button 2c. On the other side there is another guide, which is a mirror image of the guide k and is fastened under a button 3c by means of the rectangular part of the guide.
When the apparatus is in the operating position, it is locked in its lower position by means of the upper part 1k" of the guide 1k and its pair on the opposite side. This is shown in Figure 2. After a vacuuming cycle is completed, the apparatus is unlocked by pushing the button 2c and 3c.
A cover 2 of the side 1b is designed in a way that the lower part 2a is quarter- circularly rounded and semi-circularly at the top. The side 1c with all its elements is a mirror image of the side 1b, whereas a cover 3 with all its elements is a mirror image of the cover 2.
A welding, pressing cylinder 4 and a sealing 5 are arranged on the bottom 1a of the lower part 1 of the apparatus.
The upper part 8 is provided on its lower side with a sealing 6 and a welding stripe 7. All functional parts of the apparatus are arranged within the interior of the part 8 of the apparatus.
The construction of the vacuum and welding apparatus solves a problem of the size of a kitchen apparatus, which now occupies very little space and can therefore be always available on the kitchen desk. The apparatus has simple lines and shape. It is simple to store even in a relatively small place, whereas the functional nature of the device remains untouched.
